      It got pretty fast halfway through but this made my hip feel so much better, I absolutely loved it. Will definitely be doing some more of your videos.

    This is a bomb practice. Difficult enough to leave a noob yogi sore but easy enough to get through the whole thing. Definitely the kind of practice you have to do handful of times to see improvement.

    I really liked the movements of this flow but I felt like I didn't have enough time to really settle into the stretches. But other than that, it was a great practice

    I’ve done this a several times now and find it so helpful for my chronic hip pain. Each time I feel so much looser and the pain is lessened. This sequence is definitely one of my favourites. Thank you.

    Im 62 and this hip opener was what I needed.. it was a great flow.. I couldn't do all the moves perfect but I got it ok

    I liked the sequence but holy cow I wish it was slower. Some poses I wanted to stay longer. I eventually did my own thing. Hopefully the pace slows down with newer classes. ❤😊

    Beautiful hip opener. I was so tight from plaing pickleball. I could not even sit cross legged when I began and had to sit on a block. After this I am feeling so much better and can now sit cross legged and get into a squat. Namaste.

    This was a fantastic class. Especially for someone who sits at a computer all day. I will work this in to my lunch break a few times a week for sure.
    I echo the sentiment to maybe leave a little space for things to land. It felt fast in some places.
    On the other side of that, though, I’m so glad it was only a half hour. So. 🫶 To each their own, and kudos to you for a great sequence!!

    Phenomenal flow thank you so much my hips feel much greater now! The only tip I’d suggest is being slightly slower for those new to vinyasa or yogasana.. my brain can’t keep up with all the words and movements. By the time I register the last movement you’re already onto the next 2… hard to keep up although the practices felt great. 😊

    Hi! I think you're wonderful! It was a little hard to follow though. I wasnt sure which asana we were doing unless I looked at you. Maybe calling the asanas can help? Thank you and keep the videos coming.

    Thank you for sharing this wonderful flow. I'm very tight in the hips and have been dealing with lower back pain for years. When my legs were in the 90 degree position and i was leaning forward i was experiencing a deep stretch in my inner core. Could this be my QL beeing released? I'm wondering because that´s the muscle that tends to be really tight..

    Loved it thank you! At first i wasn't sure if I should vinyasa cuz i thought i should do slower flows to get into deeper tissues cuz my hips were really really tight -- but this was just the perfect mixture of building up heat and stretching.

    The pace was off and hard to follow (I have been doing yoga for a long time)
    It was too fast and hard to actually enjoy the stretches. I do not like to have to look at the video every second to know what is going on, it takes away from the practice itself. I will say that her voice is very soothing!

      hey keli you might enjoy slower flows instead then if you want to enjoy stretches. Vinyasa flows generally move around and don't dwell on each pose for too long. Maybe hatha or yin would be more enjoyable for you?

      Ahh I'm sorry to hear that - you can try slowing the video down with the youtube controls and just following the movements, or try some of the movements on your own at your own pace. I hope your pain eases up soon!!

    Great practice, but really quite fast. I usually love vinyasa flow, but I felt like each movement was moving faster than I could breathe. I also felt like I had to watch the screen far too often as the moves weren't describe precisely or named clearly. I'm sure I'll enjoy it much more the second time, when I know the moves beforehand. I also recommend anyone watching to play at .75 speed

    130321 I liked this a lot, I have tight hips and am on a quest to loosen them up. However, I found the class pretty fast, more than once I paused the video with a “huh?” trying to figure out a pose, some of which were unusual & interesting. I will do this one again. Thank you! Namaste.

    Beautiful sequence but why so fast? Felt like i had to rush…. I don’t understand when yoga is like this because its not giving time for any emotions to arise.
    Thankyou for this offering if it had been slower it would have been amazing 🤩

    I loved the session, but the breathing is too short. Frequently I’d still be inhaling and you’re already a few seconds into the exhale movement so at no point did I feel I could actually breathe into a position since breaths were so shortened and lungs didn’t get a chance to fully expand and deflate. A little longer in each movement just a few seconds would have been great it’s easier to drag out a breath in movement than shorten. The session though was fantastic for hips, so much relief!

    The commentary over the top of the flow rather then during the flow doesnt align, i found myself not following most of the way through, good exercises but the flow was so off

    I liked the positions but the pace was too fast for this 65 year old. Maybe a little slower version with more explanation of postitions for senior yogis?

    I love the stretches but you’re moving way too fast for me to keep up. I feel like you’re leaving me behind lol. I’ll try it slowed down
