@@williammassey8514 That washing machine repair was a bit painful to watch at the point Andrew forced his way into the cabinet to remove the water mixing valve. He did not have a woman watching him and yelling for him to stop tearing up the machine! If people are going to DIY, they need to Google how to disassemble their make and model before removing their mixing valve. Andrew fixed the cabinet by using a self-tapping screw, He did save himself some time by doing it his way. I always cleaned the mixing valve needle valves instead of replacing the part because the parts were more expensive back in those days.
Andrew, while we’ll probably never meet, I continue to learn finer points of your equipment techniques by watching your videos. I recently put them to use while building a new farm road with my compact track loader. Thanks for the great videography and editing. I always feel that I am being entertained and educated at the same time. Great stuff!

I’m only guessing here but I think water would be out based on the hill he sits on top of, wind or solar may be an option, but they are so expensive to install, the ROI just isn’t there. He uses a lot of powerful equipment, it would need to be a really big system to support his needs. Lots of batteries for when the wind isn’t blowing and well, I have seen quite a few vids where he is working into all hours of the night, so solar would be an issue.
@@David-fv7zg But it could be some simple task like just running the shop lights or surrounding light, not like I'm saying copy the Hoover dam. He could probably make due with 200 - 300watt depending on light source ofc. Hopefully he has a lot of LED

What I like about this video among others..., is the fact that it's your property and are miles away from any nosey neighbors who would cause problems, just because they're bored or want drama. No people complaining about noise or whatever they would to cause drama. This is the way to live. If you have your own property, you're not a slave to the government and don't have control over you much.
Andrew, btw we just finished my driveway. Fixed all of the rain washed ditches and i have a huge pot hole we had to dig out about 4 ft deep to find solid ground. We dug the driveway down about 5 inches before laying recycled asphalt. I used 36 tons its pack think and nicely done. Im proud of my first time job and thank you for the help.

Hey you should look into a tilt attachment to go on the skid-steer I have one...its just a plate that goes on before bucket..stays on and works with all attachments..i can post a link if you want me to.

I for one, wouldn't mind some bona fide ditch digging using Mr. Hitachi, maybe with the help of sidekick MC hammer, and a dozer cameo appearance. Cutting down some roadside trees will help the sun dry up the road in spring as well. Finnish off with enough gravel to bury an upright garden gnome. Tales of your driveway would spread to neighboring lands, and be held as a standard of excellence. Levi could just utilize the ditch, and wouldn't have to go all the way to the pond to wet his feet. :D

I for one, wouldn't mind some bona fide ditch digging using Mr. Hitachi, maybe with the help of sidekick MC hammer, and a dozer cameo appearance. Cutting down some roadside trees will help the sun dry up the road in spring as well. Finnish off with enough gravel to bury an upright garden gnome. Tales of your driveway would spread to neighboring lands, and be held as a standard of excellence. Levi could just utilize the ditch, and wouldn't have to go all the way to the pond to wet his feet. :D
