5 Best Foods in Vietnam 2023

This is a quick rundown of my favorite Vietnamese foods in 2022 and what I recommend for you in 2023.
The first three foods are from the city of Sa Dec since it was my first time ever traveling to this city and the food there was so stellar.
First is Hu Tieu. I have mine from the restaurant called Hu Tieu Nam Vang My Ngoc.
Next I got from a food cart called Tung, it was Banh Tam and many of the things in it were unfamiliar to me, but it was very tasty.
Then I had Com Tam from Cam Tam Tai and it was so good there is a long line of people waiting to be served, I recommend coming early.
Near Sa Dec, at the Giant Lotus Temple, we found giant lotus stems and the cooks at the restaurant Uu Dam Chay in Hanoi turned it into an incredible salad.
My friend, Viet, cooks the best grilled duck, but anywhere in Viet Nam you can find a very tasty grilled duck. Try it while you're here.
