Good stuff man! Looking forward to part 3
Thank you!
For a senior senior (86) in good shape it is recommended by some instructors to let your left heel come off the ground. The off the ground move is fully illustrated in watching the swings of the past "greats" of the game, i.e. Jones, Snead, Nicklaus, Hagan, etc. How would you modify your instruction to allow for this move.
You can allow the lead heel to come off the ground if you lack mobility in the hips going back! I have a footwork video where I talk about this recently. I’ll also be addressing it in the next video as part of the series. I’m on board with it but just make sure it doesn’t allow you to move to far off the ball or make it harder for you to get moving back to the lead side sooner.
@@MyGolfDNA Thank Chris.
Is the lead leg dead-dog straight or is there a slight bend to the knee when coming through?
Slight bend for now. Very passive position.
PGA Championship predictions, post em up! Timestamps below for those that want to skip to the main drill...

Morikawa never disappoints!
the whole thing just feels weird right now. Little fresh start for all the players/officials/officers/patrons/sponsors/PGA of America/tigers logo etc.
Colin looked good today for sure. I think we should all try and go to jail and then try and birdie the first hole in a major after getting bailed out.
@@MyGolfDNA Thumbs down. Golf and jail don't mix as well as you might think!
