Duluth would require a separate video. Probably two or three. On Buford, yeah, agreed those two are a must. But seriously I could add another half a dozen.
At least it sounds like you appreciated the food while you were there. If we search for it, I think we can all find great places near us, but BuHi is something special!
My office is right off Buford Hwy in Doraville. I go to all these places, but my favorite Taco Veloz is actually the one a block away from the one in this vid. Not sure why there are two so close, but more the merrier.
Yes, I noticed the two Taco Veloz locations. As long as they both generate business, I guess it makes sense. They nailed the core items: tacos and tamales. I'm a little jealous you have these places at your disposal. Thanks for the comment.
@@criscale3667 Carne asada burrito loaded. Oh. Hell. Yes. And it really is wonderful that the hard part of my day is picking which killer restaurant to have lunch at.
Wow. You two are adventurous. All the unique items looked delicious but I would really struggle with making choices. Assume you did some research on the cuisines before venturing into the restaurants. Really enjoyed the video. Thank you.
Yes, you are correct. We do a lot of research into our eating choices. Fortunately, there are others that have shared their favorites before us. This is actually our inspiration for sharing our experiences with others. We found it useful - and hope to pass along our thoughts to interested viewers.
Great question! Atlanta has so much to offer, we just wanted to focus on Buford Highway because we heard so much about it. With places like Miller Eatery, however, we will be back to try some serious soul food. What do you recommend?
Because you don't have to go to a soul food restaurant if you're in Atlanta. These places are better. I live in Atlanta and eat soul food maybe twice a week and most times I make it myself. All of the other times I'm at one of these places or I'm eating Carribean, African, Jamaican, or Indian food somewhere else in Dekalb county.
His visit revolved around the various international foods and restaurants located on or near Buford Highway. Atlanta has more to offer than fried chicken and waffles or shrimp and grits.

Well, that is indeed a new question for us. We appreciate that you took the time to watch our videos and hope they are helpful. But your question did encourage me to do some digging. I just turned on a program UA-cam has that is called "Super Thanks". Somehow you missed out the true gems on that section of Buford Hwy like Lee's Bakery, Lanzhou Ramen, and Sweet Hut. And you didn't know about Duluth?!

My wife and I had Sweet Hut and Mamak on the same night. Buford Highway is heaven.
That is indeed a great night of dining on BuHi! Thanks for sharing your positive experience!
i LOVE matcha maiko!!! such a hidden gem
We were pleasantly surprised by the mix of flavors in the swirl. Crazy good! Thanks for the comment.
I lived close by here for a few years..I miss all of the wonderful places to eat. I've been to just about every place in this video.
