Maybe Changing Quality Settings in vst could fix this:
- realtime to 1x & lowest
- offline to 4x & highest

depends on who you are watching. There are many good youtubers that explain a lot, so you can fully understand some techniques rather than just showing off. Tbh i rather watch 30/45 minute video where everything is explained, even if it's obvious, because it's a nice refreshment of memory

this is a good vid to beginners mixing engineers, if u wanna try to learn more, search how to use compressors (parameters), saturation, paralel fx (rev, delay, comp, chorus, distortion, etc). Soothe2 is one of the best vst!!! keep making content bro

3:58 - I think it sounded better before the effects, it has too much treble and so little body, the final result sounds different, while you were adding the plugins, I wonder if you added anything else to the audio afterwards
Yes, not enough mids. very thin and tinny... some saturation to the mids and some parallel comp would've helped.

I had to come back. This is just so good. It’s funny cause channels usually milk each and every part of a type of effects for all of their videos combined lmao. You actually give the people what they asked for. Like the whole topic and now I seen you do mastering. Very nice approach. Very ethical and common sense rather than someone teaching who still doesn’t really get it and I think seriously a lot of UA-camrs don’t beside the 70+ % just shelling new vsts and promoting it acting like it will fix all things
I’m also thinking oddly enough the speakers I’m most familiar with are my iPhone speakers lmao. The audio engineering world always says you can use the crappiest but if you know them then they are reliable. I find headphones alittle too dense to try and understand any difference. However after using the headphones mixing long enough now I get a rough vocal mix using these techniques with an additional vst to monitor the sound through my iPhone speakers.

Couldn't you also use a compressor before any other plugins to balance out volume in the mix? Good video, end result seems kind of thin but it's a good plugin chain
