Normal blood pressure ranges are upper blood pressure and lower blood pressure. Upper blood pressure should be lower than 120, and lower blood pressure should be lesser than 80. If your upper blood pressure rises from 120 to 129, it means you have high blood pressure (ka fori ilaj).
Why does blood pressure happen?
There are two types of blood pressure. The first one is due to the no reasons in 95% of the people. This blood pressure is due to the increase in your age. But in 5% of the people there are the causes of high blood pressure which we called secondary hypertension (high bp). It is mostly in young people, and there are many causes like kidney problems, sleep problems, etc.
All these problems are due to our sedentary lifestyle. Eating junk food and no physical activities causes these types of issues.
