    Amazing information,ma'am feel blessed to have gone through this playlist of eightfold yoga. Also I got am answer to my long standing query that what sort of devotion Mirabai and sant Kabir Ji had that their bodies melted into flowers. Today this moment seeing this video got an answer to this. Such high level of yoga with Krishna. Hare Krishna

    Very good content. Quite enriching. Have a query, for Dr. Yogendra... in today's world are there persons who have reached Samadhi stage ... , have read a lot of that stage, however not able to see anyone. Seeing someone at that stage will be more helpful.

      - Muscular decontraction
      - Breathin control
      - Brain emptyness (Sunyata)
      - Control the fear

    What's moksha and what happens after getting moksha 🙏

      Moksha is the ending of Samsara. With your own agreement, you will stay in God forever. It's a definitive dilution of your psyche. The ending of the cycle of rebirth. You can not make a Moksha until you do a Samadhi. Samadhi can be done each night. Moksha, just one time. Of course, the body dies in a Moksha. So you have to be sure.🙏💎
