pro tip: carry some organic polymer around. if you eat it, the polymer doesnt disappear or get consumed, but is brough by the fjordhawk as well. this way, no matter where you are, you can teleport to one of your beds

Another tip:
Make sure your bed that you respawn to is free from clutter around it.
My bed in my base has a transmitter, a loadout mannikin and a wall around it. When the fjordhawk appears it likes to get stuck behind things with your bag.
Pro tip a fjordhawk with 250 health mutatiosn has 10k ish health without putting any levels in :) you can now forever keep your items without ever worrying about losing them

You should revisit the turret mode Dino video for bloodstalkers specifically. I’ve seen people build them in on official behind their wall and you can Dino leash them as well I believe. There is a ton of confusion and misinformation out there on this.
What would happen if you spawned on a bed on a moving motor boat or platform saddle?
@@etw4life970 interesting well from what ive tested the hawk seems to put your bag on a stationary surface i think it would be the same case
Another tip:
You can also pick up the bed you spawned at if your character is overcumbered with weight and make sure to place it back down(don't forget what that bed was called if there was a name on it).
Another tip, If you travel with a hawk and spawn in overweight, All you need to do is take 1 item from anything and you'll refresh the weight
there is some insane farming methods with this thing the potential is there
Stryders already exist so doesn't really make a difference.
You say this as if solo players don’t exist. Not everyone has 7 teleporters built on the map for stryders.
This is such a good meshing strat, love it. Next dino will fly under map and show kill zones
There were plenty of meshing strats already, how much could 1 more hurt.

pretty much before you get into a pvp fight and it doesnt look to good for you just have a sleeping bag near you and book it nice !!!!!

Make a vid on different ways to counter hawks. Knocking people out is so cringe but that and turrets seem to be only way to counter hawks

because they bring bag not item... and the bag link accses that. bag dont have weight.
@@charlestonviavare2065 bags actually do have weight... try to drop your stuff on top of a stryder and you will see that the weight will remain as long as the bag is there

I got killed by a wolverine turkey and my bird didnt bring anything back when it flew back. More weight than i had on me. I showed back up and my bag was there on the ground in front of the great slasher turkey.

I’m curious if you edited the video when you spawned at the nearby bed from a different angle? Because it looked like the hawk delivered your bag almost immediately. But you said it can be targeted for 10 seconds. So there’s a possible exploit for duping on PvP. Simply fill up your inventory and fast travel to get your first bag then have a tribemate kill your hawk out of the air within 10 seconds and get the second bag. Makes sense?
I didn't edit it. 10 seconds timer exsists only if you were killed in pvp (and you can't spawn immediately because of pvp timer).
Would pumping points into movement speed on unofficial speed up how fast it remains behind I wonder?

Aim at the bag and when you see the crosshair just throw the fjordhawk it will automaticly bring it back to you
I want to know why lately these 2 days he displays this message (death inevntory retrieval available in : 57:00) after his first recovery of my bag, and then he stays next to my body if i'm dead

Now I'm really curious to see if it can bring back items from boss arenas. Even if everything instantly dies when there is noone in the arena, if you go in with a group and die while someone else is there, it might bring a bag back

Here's a tip: level it's weight capacity or lose your stuff.
False. I have one I tamed from level 20>29 with only 77 weight, it carries over 200 weight of stuff I am constantly carrying, every time. The weight is totally irrelevant.

Too broken, makes meshing extremely easy, it's giving a free tp with minimum work, ignores weight limit I mean wtf it's a little bird carrying black box of metal. They didn't test it looks like. Rip

As above, as if gen2 tek bullshit everywhere hadn't already ruined PvP.
If anything this will make it so that when some tek scrub 1-2 shots you instantly out of the blue they don't get your hard earned stuff just because they were mana-mode perma scouting to kill anything in sight and found you farming.
i think the goal was to destroy the game so much that it forces people to play on ark 2.... RIP ARK PVP...

@@mimp8365 ark with the release of fjordur had 220k concurrent players on steam alone which is more then it ever had. ark is not dead just because you dont play it lol
@@nichtjoecapooderariochcapi8033 a dead game doesn’t refer to a game without players, it refers to a game with no content which is ark. When they release a dlc everyone will play for 2-4 months then it gets boring cuz the meta is ass and everyone quits that’s what a dead game is lol

Recent nerfs made it so that there is a 1 hour cooldown and its natural health is low however this setting can ve changed in the game.ini
