Anky and Rhino in B tier is beyond criminal. Anky is one of the most important tames in the game, auto include which should make it S. Rhinos are good enough to A.
I’m a new player only on the Island and so far I’ve discovered the Argy, Deionychus, Basilo, T-Rex, Raptor and Baryonyx. It looks like I have a lot to discover in my future. So far my favourite creature is the Argentavis. It’s not just the utility, but I love the aesthetic. I just wish it flew faster.
The beelzebufy should be S tier. You mentioned the paste and chitin but with a 150 and good saddle it's the best tame to run swamp cave over and over for BPs and gear.
I don't agree with the Mana being S or really anything over C, it has really no use in PVE at all, its far to weak for bossing or gen missions, slower than maywing and bloodstalker and several other dino from A to B, can't carry all that much, Mana have zero use outside PVP. Most PvE tribes don't even bother ever taming a single one. The issue with the Mana is that there is never a time where you think the Mana would be a better option to use for X thing, its not a terrible creature but there is always far better things than it in what ever task your considering using it for, that makes it pretty useless. Any dino most tribes never bother to tame because there is something better that fills the same role should just be put in F really. Otter should have been in S teir, it makes you immune to both cold and heat, even on SE its the only shoulder pet you should ever use.
Ain't no way he called the Astrocetus a dolphin. It's clearly a whale, one of the most recognizable ocean animals, period. Also bro hated the jellyfish so much that he didn't even include them in the tier list.
Good points for everything placed where they were. There's some room for moving things a spot or two, but may just be personal preferences. Solid tier list.
I'd put carno in A tier in ASA at least, it fits in practically all caves including the hard snow cave. A pair of mate-boosted, imprinted good carnos is very powerful. One of the most powerful things you can fit in a cave in ASA without cheesing with cryos, in ASE not so useful as there's really no reason to use anything else than thyla in pve with some cryo cheese.
The beelz deserves at least A because it's a relatively early tame and you don't need a trap for it the saddle is relatively cheap, and if you have a gas mask (late game item) you can go into the swamp cave and get alot of cementing paste which is one of the most valuable resources in the game. Even a quick stroll through the swamp can get you over 100 paste on normal ark settings.
It also does knock out damage with each attack, which increases if you add some points to their melee damage. Meaning you can use them to knock out early tames. And it had rather great travel speed on both land and water...just gotta be a little careful with super large falls.
Tbh i agree with the gigas placement. Outside extinction, it pretty much has no use, since in pve you can't raid players, and you can bring it into boss fights. Absolutely S tier in extinction, since im pretty sure you cannot beat the king titan with just the other titans (although i might be wrong), but yh i would say B or C tier in terms lf how useful it is in basically every map.
I feel like PvE, the Giga is a D tier as it takes too many resources to tame, have to babysit it pretty much the whole time during the tame because of torpor, doesnt have very good stats once it is tamed, gets pissed off if it gets too injured, gets easily injured, it takes a long time to breed, hatch and raise the babies. Its only positive is it gathers meat well. I'd rather have a mutated T-Rex.
Just started watching your videos. I really like your takes, you can tell you actually play the game unlike a lot of ark UA-camrs. what pve servers do you play on? Official, unofficial, or single player?
The Managarmr, Velonosaur, and Basilosaurus are my top favorite tames. The Manas movement is so fun. I transfered one over to Ragnarok on my single player cluster before i quit playing Evolved. Most fun i ever had with all that open space. The Velonosaur is super fun as well during the supply crate fights. The group i played with We brought about 10-15 i bred up to one event and just sat back for a bunch of waves and let them go to work. Ppl say the king of the ocean is the Mosa or the Tuso but the the Basi is the true king. I bred a few up to about 60-70k health and a bunch if melee....terror of the sea. Love the Basi and is always my go to choice when exploring the ocean especially at the bottom. The group i mentioned earlier we played on a bunch of different unofficial pve seevers for while and some of them would turn on pvp for either the whole weekend ir one day of the weekend. One time We had a base in the edge of the redwoods on The Center. Me and one other tribe member were the only ones on for the day, and my tribe mate left to go run the volcano on our only Argy at the base. Everyone else was logged off woth their argys at different areas of the map from server issues a few dsys prior. I was busy making sure all the food was good when we started getting raided. But he blew the eall in the ecact worse spot of the base bc directly behind it was a bunch of Microraptors i had just finished breeding up earlier that morning. Probably about 20 of them all melee pumped. They swarmed this poor guy and he was dead in a matter of seconds. His raising partner came in and met a similar fate. They didnt come back the rest of that day. After that day the Microraptor bc one of my favorite shoulder pets and i always tamed one even on PvE seevers bc they are awesome even though they do nothing for pve.
Terrible, inconsistent list. Putting Giga and Carcharodontosaurus into S tier as a PvE player is a joke, they're basically only useful 1 map for meaningful progression. 2 if you count Genesis for a couple missions. (The same goes for Megalosaurus, which he put in B tier for the exact same argument, hands down the most overpowered dino for the Rockwell boss fight.) The only use they ever get is to fuck around and gather meat/hide, for which, a pack of Allos is arguably even better. Thylacoleo in S tier is also insanity, "best travel mount"? Seriously? I'd really love to know what % of this guy's gametime is running around on a Thyla instead of using all the fliers he put in S/A tier. Thylas aren't even easier or earlier tames than most of them. If anything, Baryonyx should take Thyla's place in S tier, as it's the hands-down best caver on the Island, 2/3 of Ab, quick, strong, can even start farming/exploring deep sea with it (either that or the Sarco, both great at it). Giant Bee in C tier because he "prefers to gather honey with bears". I don't even know what to say, honestly. Doesn't mention eggs with Deinonychus, it's the best dino to keep around for kibble farming, since they take up the least space out of all the dinos that give Exceptional eggs. Puts all gathering tames into A tier (both Castoroides and Mammoths, when clearly one of them is straight up better) except B tier Dunkleosteus, which, funnily enough, the best at gathering oil and, to be honest, if you're building a coastal/ocean base, stone as well. Phiomia in B tier--it's LITERALLY useless since the Dung Beetle rework in ASA. In what universe is it in the same tier as a Beelzebufo (best Cementing Paste gatherer, great caver, decent travel mount), Oviraptor (automates egg gathering, insanely useful for breeding, which you pretty much have to do in PvE at some point), or funniest of all, THE DUNG BEETLE? Dung Beetle, which is completely "set and forget", automatically gathers all your idle tames' shit AND converts it into fertilizer + oil, whereas for a Phiomia, you have to gather stimberries and force feed it manually to make it poop, a bunch of other berries to refill its food, then use composting bins to make the fertilizer 2 by 2 yourself... Just a few examples, not even talking about putting some pretty useful shoulder pets/small tames into F tier "because they're annoying when they aren't tamed". Bruh, by that same logic, I'm pretty sure Thylas and Gigas wouldn't sit pretty in S tier either, because they're about the most annoying thing wild.
@@Twicebolt Fair. Rex = Spino also makes sense if I think about it. Rex looks better at first glance because it has all the hype and popularity behind it, works great for almost all the boss fights in the game & even some caves. Spino carried my Aberration solo all the way until Rock Drakes though & are just as good if not better for some bosses that have water in their arena. You could even start diving and taming water creatures with it, it's incredibly versatile. (+ style points)
@menmonstersmachines Because out of the 2 of us, I'm the one that has 0 arguments and just posts some stupid shit to try and offend the other. Yeah, you're definitely the mature one here, my guy.
I usually use the kapro for solo exploring, since it can move pretty far with the pouce, and can kill stuff, it is also useful for taming small creatures since it can grab them
As far as my experience goes, I'd say the Spino beats the Rex when it comes to dealing with multiple smaller opponents, while the Rex beats the Spino when it comes to dealing big strong creatures.
Vultures are op, easy A, if you get them to harvest carrion they convert all the meat to spoiled meat which is really good early game for making narcotics, i always tame them on pve.
I agree with pretty much everything, except the Giga being an S Tier. It is strong, but that's pretty much it. It's stamina is ass and a good high level Rex can surpass a tamed Giga, while taming it with much less effort. And it also takes a lot of imprinting (= a lot of time) to make it so strong, that it's cons become obsolete. And it's rage mode also works against it being an S Tier.
The Giga can't be used for much besides the King Titan fight on PVE if I remember. I am playing ASA now so forget if it was really worth taming outside of PVP. For me I just tamed one as a self achievement one time in SP
No way you put the Dilo in D tier when he's virtually the only dino willing to protect you in the early game, but put the Archeoptyx in C tier who just glides around like a glide suit
I personally like Thorny Dragon better than Beavers. Easier to tame since their torpor doesnt drop as quickly and they are carnivores so they only gather wood and tatch vs other gatherers where I am mildly inconvenienced that I have to discard a metric ton of berries that are often harvested as well. Also with meat they are easier dinosaurs to heal although when using my gathering dinos I typically have another one escorting me to more easily take care of wild dinos that will attack me.
@@tergdonguamji7413 Dolphins and whales are so closely related that you can't really make a meaningful difference between them from a phylogeny standpoint so really either one could be called either thing.
I think as simple as nooby as they are Trikes are A tier pre charge patch.. and now I would say they are S tier. Because they are super early game and getting a decent one early it will be your sole protector against everything. The charge ability farms wood decently fast at the point you need it. You have berries for narcos for your first tames before your farming is up and running. But most of all the attack has knockback so when you're on the trike and you have the high ground your invincible (or even better your enemy is in water) you can practically kill all Dino's this way. I've taken on mate boosted Trex's without taking damage at the same time. So yeah Trikes are S tier in my opinion.
Personally I would have the gigantopithicus in B (especially if you have moschops and trike at A, which is way too generous) as it's just below therizinos for farming fiber but way easier to tame and those late game ascendant BPs need an extraordinary amount of fiber. Giga is way too high. I've tamed them but never found them as useful as just using a Rex or therizino. Like they are slow with negative amounts of stamina after they arr tamed and are way too big to maneuver and just take up space at my base. Same with titanosaur. Like both have 0 use in pve
I love your channel butHow giga is s that tier list is pve less PvP more spino is faster and more damage than rex even it can replace rex for boss fight I am mobile player but I watched ark pc videos how rex is better than spino in pve even gigas are useless giga use only for kill Titan and other giga c rex a spino s
Excuse me?! Beezo is b tier? Beezos are basically an exo suit. You put points in weight and health, and just enough in speed to outrun megaladons. They swim, torpor, collect bugs, and can outrun anything but alpha raptors. I take a beezo everywhere.
Dilo should be in it's own tier. The Spits tier. Why? Simply knock one out with your bare hands, tame it with a piece of prime meat, then sacrifice it to either a Giga/Charcha, or drop it in lava If all are performed correctly, you will be blessed with good fortune from Spits himself! Spread the good word, Spits is always looking for more disciples...

Terajapa 💀💀💀💀
Very cool video!
Watching him put some of the top pvp dinos in low tiers was killing me
No way you put the Dilo in D tier when he's virtually the only dino willing to protect you in the early game, but put the Archeoptyx in C tier who just glides around like a glide suit
I'm assuming you play official p.v.e? That's the only reason I could think of for the dino placement...
Dinopithecus B tier? Really?
You can avoid every single creature into caves and go straight to the artifact man...this ability is so overpower.
Enforcer is great for travel and fighting if you use the teleport! Personally my fav
Did my guy actually put the dodo in c tier?? do you know how op 50 of those things all into melee and speed are on boosted servers...
Mateboosted Pack Of 5 Deinonychus With Maxed Attack: 👁️ 👄 👁️
Everything ok but too put spino in the A is a crime Spino deserve a S
Exactly, like the rex is cool but people act like its way better than the spino when its not, the spino has way more uses
Just let him have his own opinion
I miss my shadowmanes man... 🥲
Enforcer should be a bit higher, since it does 2 or 3 times more damage on corrupted creatures, very usefull early game for blue drops.
nah bro did not just called astrocetus a space dolphin
That's what it is tho
@@MichaelHale-ez7uq astrocetus is a space whale andcastrodelphis is a god damn space dolphin
@@tergdonguamji7413 Dolphins and whales are so closely related that you can't really make a meaningful difference between them from a phylogeny standpoint so really either one could be called either thing.
@@chriswhinery925 just realized that couple of days ago
The carno did get a tlc. Its what gave it the bleed attack.
Another thing about the basilo it passively makes oil
Basilo is S tier for sure, Basilo being chaperoned by a Meg squad is S+ tier
Stego is on aberration and has a lot more uses than roll rat, a more worth while tame than it imo.
This must of took for ever to make
It's amusing watching this as a primarily pvp player. So many of these that are low would be higher with pvp in mind.
Nice video but… You got really weird dreams 😂
Maybe it was a vision
7:11 my favorite creature in the game
Replay me
arthropleura is actually not that hard to tame if you drop it into water, Ragnarok is a good place to do it near volcano
Excuse me?! Beezo is b tier? Beezos are basically an exo suit. You put points in weight and health, and just enough in speed to outrun megaladons. They swim, torpor, collect bugs, and can outrun anything but alpha raptors. I take a beezo everywhere.
achatinas don’t just poop the paste they make it in their inventory and they also make organic polymer
Dilo should be in it's own tier. The Spits tier. Why? Simply knock one out with your bare hands, tame it with a piece of prime meat, then sacrifice it to either a Giga/Charcha, or drop it in lava
If all are performed correctly, you will be blessed with good fortune from Spits himself! Spread the good word, Spits is always looking for more disciples...
Jerboa does signal earthquakes in abberation i think
Why did they nerf the allos speed
The dire bear can gather you a lot of fiber quickly
It's fast, powerful and has great weight, my level 202 has over 800kg
Who said vulture was a shitty shoulder pet? one thing the vulture is a good early tame if you are in scorched earth
Icthiyornis in f tier is a big W
Annoying af
That bird is so annoying that I'll consider it BELOW f tier.
Put it in Z tier (the dark void)
