I also had the stuffed cabbage when I was in Paris over Christmas and the New Year. The same gentlemen greeted me. My reservation was actually for the previous day, but I got a table nonetheless. Very authentic bistro, with lots of locals enjoying a good meal.

「温かなソースに埋もれた料理」まさにその通りでした！熱々で冬にぴったりの体が温まる料理です。
今冬は雪が降ったりもしましたがトータルではそれほど厳しい寒さではないように感じてまして、今日は日中14度の予定です。
しかし2月は本来は寒いものですから油断大敵ですね。東京は大雪ですか！大きな被害がなく過ごせますように。
心まで温まりそうなお料理、チェックのテーブルクロスも可愛い。
熱々の料理は冬にぴったりですね😊テーブルクロスがビストロっぽさを醸し出してる気がしました🎵

Il ne reste plus que trois restaurants "Les routiers" à Paris, à l'origine ce label avait été créé pour garantir une qualité de cuisine et d'accueil aux chauffeurs de poids lourds, il y en avait partout en France mais ils tendent à disparaître, on y sert une nourriture simple, familiale et réconfortante.

I was in Paris in September staying at a local hotel near the Canal - on the first night I found the Hotel du Nord, and ended up there every evening. Down to earth bistro with excellent food, and excellent staff. I often spoke to the owner who was most congenial.

長距離運転手向けのレストランってフランスではよく見かけるものだったそうで今はあまりないみたいです。
日本だとドライブインって呼ばれてましたっけ、それももう聞かなくなったような？
PLAQはお店の片隅でカカオ豆を砕くところから作成しているのがちらりと見えましたよ。とても質の高いチョコレートでした😋
今回も、濃くほっこり温かなお料理の数々、匂いがしてきそうでお腹が空きます😅パリで何が羨ましいって、街並みもですがフロマージェリーがホントにいいなあと思いますね。日本ではフランスからの輸入が高くて、普段には少し考えてしまう値段です。牛🐄さんのトートバッグも可愛らしいですね。
ところで、フランスでは酪農家や農業従事者によるデモがあったようですが、パリは被害はなかったでしょうか？ドイツでも物凄い規模のデモが起きていました。日本も声を上げないと、酪農家や農家がなくなってしまう危機です。政府が保護するどころか、やめさせるように仕向けているとしか思えません。美味しい農産物が食べられなくなったら、フランスも日本もつまらないですよね。日本は他人事のように思っている危機感のない人が多くて呆れます。結局は自分達に関わることなのに…。スミマセン、動画を見ていてふと思ったので失礼しました。
