Actually the shop I worked for we did glass repair, and it wasn't to bad. We had all the equipment we needed. But I won't go into detail, as I signed a contract stating I wouldn't discuss what we used to repair the phones.

That makes people lose customers, because they start doing it themselves. You never wanna run yourself out of business. I can change the back glass on my phone in the matter of a few mins. When it comes to everything else I'd say a few hrs when if I have to replace the glass or the digitizer. Cameras are quite simple, same with batteries. Just gotta be careful is all when doing so. I'm glad you have a channel on it though, and keep up the awesome work. I wish I could get back into it myself.
That precision on removing the LCD panel is impeccable... Cz we all know that OLED display is very delicate... One small mistake can crack it... Respect...

Hello, im a fan of the glass only for 2 very important reasons. I worked as a AASP and a Wise lvl manager Lead technician for Assurant before they let the whole entire in-store repair go. The superiority of the OEM display with factory calibrated displays are the best you can get. If it's not broken why fox it right? So I agree with this method.
Cant believe you guys do this out of frame. If I cant do a model in frame, I don't do it. I cant deal with the anxiety with taking off the amoled off the mid frame lol. Can you guys do the s7 edge in frame? I keep getting huge bubbles that dont go away
