As an Isfj I’ve always been known as the voice of reason in my family and friend groups. That is because whenever a new idea is brought up I tend to not react the way most people want me to and bring up factors that might complicate things but that doesn’t mean I hate new ideas I just want them to be more foolproof.

As an ENFP, “thinking outside the box” almost doesn’t even make sense to me. I mean, I know what people are getting at with that phrase, but in all seriousness, in my mind, there is no box. Whether my ideas fall into line or they don’t, they just happen regardless of what box or what size that box is. To me, thinking outside the box just means you’re some contrarian. Maybe if Ne is lower on your stack, you might purposely think outside the box?
