    Hi! I just want to say that this INFP channel is one of my favorites! Your format is perfect to me- funny, memorable, and informative. I usually watch each one more than once to ensure I catch all your out-of-the-box jokes! I personally hope you keep it up! However...
    You really hit the nail on the head when you said that variety is *vital* for us high Ne users to counteract burnout. I'm in a great place in life these days because I've realized that. For example, no matter what anyone says, I know that the best job for me is being a substitute teacher. I get to have a change of scenery every day AND make a difference by teaching kids. I also have been planning different "adventures" for my (ESFJ) husband and me each week, even if it's just trying a new restaurant. I hope you find your personal recipe for combatting burnout💛 Oh yeah, INFP upbringing sounds like an interesting topic...hope you go for it!

    Thank you for this video. I'm an INFP whose been going through burnout for the past few years and extreme burnout for the past 7 months, and this video made me feel like I wasn't alone. I think another thing about INFP burnout that I've been experiencing has to do with that variety aspect you talked about. For the past four years, I've been neglecting the artistic part of myself where I shine the most because I've been so focused on this college degree in engineering. I could feel myself slowing down in 3rd year, but I thought I could push through to the end. Ever since 2nd year, I had experienced a mild burnout at some point near the end of each semester, but starting fourth year, I had burnt-out by the second week. The fumes of motivation I was running on in third year have completely dissipated. As a musician, I so much want to just play out my feelings into a piece of music right now, but my feelings are so large and complicated that my skills at the instrument can't reach them. So, I'm kind of trapped in a spot where I'm not skilled enough to truly express my emotions through my music. So, now I'm just a zombie going through the motions. Moral of the story: INFPs, Don't. Neglect. Your Passions!
    Also, yes. Beaches suck. Woods are the objectively superior natural landscape.

    I discovered that i need to put people into the weird imaginative roles.
    Because once i started to be realistic....i was so sad. My happines and energy! is mainly coming from happines of others and knowing that people around me are good and heading to a right direction for their most fulfilled and unique life. When i was noticing how people around me don't have values, are shady, egoistic, unambitious and sick..... i was feeling so fucking drained and i hated everyone and everything.
    Once i started to prioritize their good sides and found a lot of excuses for their shitty behaviour...i feel a little better again.
    Also if i would not be broke and have some free time i would help them... but i can't because i need to help myself first now. And the inability for me to help them well + their neverending problems makes it much worse
    Sooo its good to be a little delulu 🥰 and help people ❤️ if we can because we are so tired oftentimes 😢
    Or just leave the shitty people and find the good ones haha... Good luck 😏 🙏🏻
    infps are depressed because of this sick society. Its not made for us.

    Take a nice break, my packmate! Go out for a walk, touch grass, and focus in the present. That's how I do as an INTJ, enhancing my SE. Burnout is prominent, but I am here for you. Arrrwoooooooooooooooooo!

    Hi! Love your vids!
    Well . about burnouts. I think you infp's (no,i'am not one)get them now and then all the time. Also when you're "overdoing" things you like to do i.e. hobbies, it is much more difficult/deceptive to realise/recognise that you're getting burnt out (so be aware..) .
    Hi from🇸🇪 and keep up the good work👋🏻

    Currently going through the burnout phase😖
    3:35 yes exactly, i am more happier, productive , growth phase , when i am put in new situations, where i have to use my ne. I can't imagine myself doing regular jobs, kinda scared of my future 😢
    8:50 yes, that's a good idea, looking forward

      @TrebleKnight  7 місяців тому +1

      Yeah, it's a scary world. I find you really just have to go one step at a time. That's not an easy thing for the INFP, but it helps if you can do it

  • @supbruh7793

    infp-a here. in my situation, i feel burnout when i use my opposing Fe more. the amount of stress i feel when i focus my attention on other people’s feelings is too draining. but that’s something i’m still proud of though since not a lot of people use both Feeling functions.
    and yes you are absolutely right about the self-acceptance part. i always try to act uncaring. why the hell would i want to openly announce to people about being a live trauma dump

    • @PalmettoBlonde25
      @PalmettoBlonde25 5 місяців тому +1

      I’m a counselor and feeling burned out from using Fe so much, neglecting my art, and perfectionism getting in the way. And of course not being able to decide on a path forward that feels right for me at this time and also pays the bills!

    Variety definitely i think is a thing.. i can’t just be one thing.. which si why being an ‘artist’ doesn’t jsut me drawing.. but , acting, creating, et.c.
    I can never be in an offices situation because i need to be challenged with different things.. which si why i like improv.. - its always new..
    I wanted to be an animator but i can’t even draw the same thing twice.. so clearly animating will just kill me haha.. but.. character design seems more interesting.. same with gaming.. play different stuff.. like different genres of movies.. styles of fashion
    I feel the infp brain is the best when it’s in idea mode.. cause thats. A new challenge.. and its even better when there are ‘ parameters’ then it becomes a challenge.. and its definelty where my brain is like on crack.. same with music.. i love jamming more than getting everything correct… ‘ again’ get in the zone.. and just ‘ feel what’s write.

    • @TrebleKnight
      @TrebleKnight  7 місяців тому +1

      Improv is a lot of fun. And yeah drawing the same thing over and over gain succccks! XD

    Whenever i tried to overdo any of my hobbies, my energy becomes very low and what i tried to do to overcome this problem is taking a break from my hobby or tries something new .When you are an infp you always feels like to millions things at the same time in imagination but never put an effort 😅. Sometimes i wanted to become a cartoonist, musician,dancer,artist .... etc the list just goes on but i never tried to put an effort or have enough skill to be one .
    I would like to see the how difference parenting environment can affect growing of a personality.

    Yeah, kmowing yourself doesn't mean accepting yourself, but this very knowledge is a great first step, right? how can you value something you ignore? Or how can you get the be the self you want if you dont know who you are?

    With me i gain and lose motovations verry fact topic depends on how fast i gain or lose it tho also i do often upload weekly for like 3 weeks then stop for 2 week also true that idea always better in the head and I picture example one of my own fictional characters but once I draw them I believe I can do better and always quick to see negative in them add got like no editing witch I been working on get in but it like on bottom of to do list so I like keep forgetting to do so actually do u know the johns personality test if not I recommend it cos tells u what type u most like plus like%of other types too

    As an INFP... I haven't actually experience burn out yet (I think), but that's because of the perfectionist thing. Whenever I try to do something creative it will always feel so bad leading to me not wanting to complete it or not continuing according to the things I've mentally planned. Sometimes I just blame the situations and my environment, but they are probably not the problem 😅. I've been trying to write more to-do lists (the list being like, complete within the timespan of 3 months or more if needed), but it's still hard to actually follow through. If ONLY there's a machine that can materialize our thoughts🥲🥲🥲 that would be great. Idk but I never have that sort of talent I pictured in my head TT
    And uh this comment honestly has nothing real to share regarding this topic 😓, but just want to say this channel is one of the only places where I absolutely relate with... and hearing these things feel like a Deja Vu sometimes!
    Hoping the best for everyone! INFPs are the best type 100% and other types are also the best types as well, but not as good as us though.

    I totally know what you mean when it comes to 'variety', it can feel quite soul destroying to me if I churn out anything, even if it's kind of doing well? I think we can see this with a lot of INFP creators - UA-camrs, but also writers or musicians or whatever. And yeah, doing something new or completely different can add a spark that gives so much more energy to whatever you do. I'm pretty amazed at what you've achieved on this channel, you obviously have a level of quality here a lot of people don't strive for!

    • @TrebleKnight

      Thanks so much! With youtube in general there is such a big focus on "niche" and I think that can lead to a lot of burn out for high Ne users.

    How do you raise a personality type as a child without knowing what personality type that child is until they have been raised and are a personality type? Seems like a paradox 🤔
