Thank you for the guide! The info online for these cups is pretty scarce. I just tested myself because I really didn't want to have to play through the whole game again for a flame dragon, you can actually get it from luca in chapter 5

What makes this more interesting and this is something he forgot to bring up but once you beat the far plain cup u get to have tidus in your party

Am I screwed getting the Flame Dragon since I just got to chapter 5?
Technically you can still catch it from Luca however you will have to be extremely lucky.
@@KindredCVS I caught one after the 3rd try and a chocobo to finally enter the arena, but I realized I missed the Crimson Sphere 5 so loaded an old save and lost about 6 hours of play time lol

How do I get some L trap pods? Because they're hard to come by.🤔
Fight tournaments, you can usually get all types of pods.
@@jaredwalley5692 Yeah, I'm starting to get every type of pods in the tournaments; Plus, I'm aiming to get some fiends to turn into aeons for the Aeon Cup because I only have three of them and will be getting more soon.🙂
im in chapter 5 and i need to catch a chocobo for chocobo cup i can only catch it from LUCA ONLY?????

You have to unluck the cacturn sanctuary in chapter 5, and then catch one with an s-pod in the dessert
How do you level up the fiends??
Switch them into your party instead of the girls. It's explained in the Creature menu with Shinra.
I got flan blanco from chapter 2 not 3
1st I skipped/hurried and lost 2%... then I missed 1 dragon. Nice.
Edit: I used a L size in Luca, Flame Dragon 1st try. Already leveled him up, pretty tough with Rabbit foot haha

There's no "missable" fiends for any cup, just missable if u want 100%. I didn't do any capturing (except like 3) until 5. I can't seem to get the panzer though... fiends like Zalamander can't be caught after discovering the cave. A few fiends like humanoids are captured before chapter 1 or 2(?) like Nooj and Gippel.. Mushroom Rock I think. Then I dunno where they are probably Bevelle, many can't be captured until certain floors there it seems.
I can't find Blood Hound.. need it for Panzer. Anyone know where? I read it's an M size elsewhere wtf lol it should be small.
Now how do I unlock the Cactuar cup? I did the grand cup and grand cup hard three times and I have a mini cactuar already but it’s not popping up 😔
