Thank you so much for amazing explanation. I tried to understand this topic from molecular biology of the gene but was difficult to understand. U made this very easy.
The name of the enzyme is terminal ribonucleotide transferase because it is RNA and not deoxyribose which is found in DNA. In this case, uracil is added as the base to pair with Adenyl so the name of the enzyme is terminal uracil transferase.
Hey< Im looking for RDRP, as in mRNA being read the first 1/3 way through and that creates "Scissor tanks" then the rest of the mRNA is read the second time thoough
Quoted from Wikipedia: Guide RNAs (aka gRNA) are the RNAs that guide the insertion or deletion of uridine residues into mitochondrial mRNAs in kinetoplastid protists in a process known as RNA editing. I can't find anything online about gRNA in eukaryotes. Does this happen for each and every mRNA that is produced in cells?
g RNA editing found in mitochondria of trypanosomes( a unicellular protozoa) so in eukaryotic organism, and In CRISPR system cas9 with guide RNA used for desired modification eukaryotes .
Sir u are a guide rna of our life.....
Thank you so much for appreciating my efforts
@@shomusbiologyofficial thank u so much Sir ...for reading my view..

Should i follow his lectures or just leave cuz u added a fear of him being wrong.
Thanks a lot sir for helping us via such a descriptive explaination in simplest way ....
Thank you. Glad you liked my lectures
Thank you so much, this was very helpful with my molecular biology exam!
Glad to hear that you are getting benefit from the videos
You are amazing; you made it so simple! thanks God for unselfish people like you!!
thank you....u cleared my doudt about spreading
You're welcome
Best teacher
Thank you
You are a good teacher, thanks a lot!
Your video's are very helpful!! Thanks a lot!!
You're welcome
Please correct: UTP is added in RNA and not dUTP
Thank You... It is now corrected.
Thank u so much sir is guide rna type of editing occurs in prokaryates
No RNA editing occurs in prokaryotes
It's a wonderful video for introducing gRNA, thank you so much~
sir what is the main difference between RNA editing and Alternative splicing????
It helped me today..🙂 Thanxx
Very helpful 🙂👍
Thank you

Please i have question . How to explain having diffrent size of deletion by using the same gRNA
Very helpful...
You're welcome
thank you so much. it helped a lot.
Thnx sir fr easy explanation
NICE EXPLANATION
Thanku sir so easily explained
Nice ji

very helpful .thank you very much
will guide RNA will also translate into proteins ?
sir what is the function of dUTP
Tq sir 🙏 🙏 🙏 🙏
You're welcome
you are the best
thank you very much!
Where is deletion?
