Honestly, my favourite fucking part is the WHOLE TIME just watching the Bass guitarist fucken having the time of his life throughout the entire song. Not even faking it; he may just be the happiest individual currently occupying this earth.
this is probably his favourite song and it was his idea to cover it so he's super happy to be playing it live :D (I know its my favourite song ever and can just imagine playing it live)
@@FluffyFractalshard I've seen him in other videos of their music and he is always smiling like he is so happy to be playing and is having the greatest time of his life!
Im almost protective of this song and seldom hear a worthy cover considering the many layers of this song but Noa you owned this , it was sensational. My respects to everyone on that stage. Sooo beautiful.
I love the guitarist bouncing around at the beginning ❤️❤️❤️ My favorite part of live performances is when the crew doesn't hide how much fun they're having 😊
I'm the same way. I feel like a lot of bands miss the heart of the song when they create a cover, and I always ask "what are you doing to elevate the original?" but Scardust really nailed it. The band has a ton of enthusiasm and passion, even the backup singers look like they're having a blast. Vocals were great; singer did an excellent job.
@@TheMadMurf very true when you say 'what are you doing to elevate'.the originality and influence of Stardust was always right there yet never straying too far from the original. Noa has trained vocally with Floor Jansen of Night wish I recall her saying and both are quite talented.
Scardust did this song justice. Kinda made it their own. The drummer nailed it. The singer can sing anything. The bass player has so much energy. The choir was a nice touch. Awesome job. I was skeptical when I started the song by the end I was a fan. I hope this band gets more love. They are very talented.
Anyone who thinks they are good enough to do this masterpiece justice is extremely ambitious. But you guys nailed it. Personally, I loved having the live background singers. Thought it gave it a little more personality. This is the first cover I've seen that could hold a candle to the originals.
This might be the best live cover of this song that I've ever heard! The members of the band and the choir are really giving a truly impressive performance, and the professionalism of the lead singer is just the cherry on top of a well made cake. Amazing!
Having listened to this quite a few times now, I am still in awe at the quality both in the performers (which at this point should be expected of Scardust + Hellscore) and perhaps more importantly, the person(s) who did the sound engineering and mixing. They really let the backup singers shine. I could hear perfectly what they were singing. I even hate calling them backup when really they were just part of the ensemble. It's just.... So good.....
Nightwish are a favourite of mine, and this song is basically their "Bohemian Rhapsody". If you are going to cover it, you better bring your A+++ game. And you guys did. Really well done.
That last belt had me grinning and tearing up at the same time while I was thinking 'Come on girl! You got this! Come on! Yaaaasss!!!!' Instant fan of this band which I had never heard of a little over 10 minutes ago
Noa makes that last note look so effortless... what the hell? Also, love how half of leading up to it Noa‘s voice was very gentle when it suddenly switched to give the ending a final piece of heaviness! 🖤🔥 TLDR: Noa is f*cking awesome! 💛
It's certainly a tribute I never expected to be this good. To my ear I hear influences from all three lead vocalists of Nightwish, with many cues taken from the Tarja era version, some very noticeable details from the modern day version with Floor, and the quality of the lead singer's voice in her chest register reminded me a lot of Anette's sound as well, though she performed this song rarely. The band has studied the 2013 Wacken version no doubt, on top of the album version. All in all I'm amazed that you could pull it off this well, bravo.
Wow. Just wow guys. You did justice to this master piece. The remarkable thing is that you didn't just copy the original, but rather spiced it up a bit. The background vocals set this thing apart. And the main vocalist is just insanely amazing. But kudos to the whole band, you guys nailed it. Lots of energy and love. My respect is yours.
When youtube suggested this video, I gave it a shot. But I skipped to the end first to check "the part"... and WOW! After that I rewinded to the start of the song and enjoyed it in its entirety. Great cover!
For everybody who wondered how good this is, check out Scardust own music. You can see that this is childs play for them. Scardust is like Haken or Dream Theater with worlds most amazing vocalist.
Before i started this video I was thinking “this will be embarrassing” But when it started, I immediately got chills all aver my body! Wow what a good cover! I was really blown away. So, I’m sorry for judging you before I heard you, you guys absolutely kick ass ❤️ Amazing
World-class performance !!!My favorite moment is the ending. Noa sings there in her own style More than before. Great band. You deserve a global career. 👍🤘🤘🤘
Nightwish Army, US Pacific Northwest Coastal Division, checking in I adore this rendition, that guitarist is having soooo much fun. I love the vocals, the keys, the drums and those gorgeous bass undertones. A definite hat tip to the choir! You folks did one of my all time favorite songs proud! Thank you!😊❤😊
I love Scardust so much, and I have to say, their bass player Orr, is one of the most engaging and enjoyable to watch since the late, great Cliff Burton of Metallica. 🤘
I wasn't sure I wanted to listen to this video because I am Nightwish fan, even at 72, I applaud Scardust for doing a cover of such an iconic song and such a remarkable performance.
100% awesome performance. Great vocals, great instrumentation, great audio engineering, great video... Everything was just awesome!! I hope you make it to the US someday, you guys rock!!
This might be the best cover version of any song by anyone I've heard ever. I was skeptical but that was amazing. The live chorus was a great addition!
I met the band a week ago with this cover, and as a sick Nightwish fan, I have to congratulate you on how impeccable and well done this cover is. It feels made with a lot of love and respect for the original version. Time to discover Scardust's own songs. Greetings from Argentina!
Floor Jansen's Ghost Love Score is my favourite track EVER. I am immensely protective of it, there is no better. You guys should be IMMENSELY proud of this, it gave me goosebumps it was so good! Absolutely brilliant!
Wow... Absolutely the best LIVE cover ever!!! The bass player is a beast and Noa is a vocal monster! Only Nele from Elvellon has the same quality and Floor is Floor BUT lots of respect for Noa. 😍🤩😍
Cannot help but come back to listen to this incredible cover, i'm a big fan of Floor version but this version still give me goosebump, Respect! Scardust
Amazing cover version!! This choir is incredible... This is the first time i listen to a version with a live choir. I think Nightwish has never played this song with a live choir. Imagine how incredible this would be with a live orchestra!
I think this performance is better than the studio version. All the layers seemed to mold perfectly together taking this song to a whole new level. Noa and everyone on that stage killed it.
My deepest respect for this performance! especially with a great background choir it gives so much more dymanic. The lead singer also has a really impressive voice and is worthy of this title ;-) - thank you very much it was a pleasure to watch and listen to! I also love your bass player, he has so much power and joy when playing! Great ;-)
Wow, this is really cool. The song is really challenging, especially taking into consideration that there're such vocal monsters as Tarja, Annette, and Floor to look up to. Enjoyed the band's skills. Fantastic job!
Hey, I just wanted to say, that I hope the Nightwish army will come and you will get the attention you absolutely deserve. I think you have a unique style with awesome musicians. I love your albums and look forward to get some more from you guys.❤️ Lots of love from Germany Btw. the way I twittered this video to Floor.😄
You need a lot of proverbial balls to make a cover of Ghost Love Score, particularly now in the Floor era. And you did it live. All I can say is well done, very well done. Now I'm gonna go watch every single video of you doing Nightwish covers.
Scargasm confirmed.

Some songs just shouldn't be covered...or so I thought! Immaculate tribute.
How is this cover not viral yet? I'm a Nightwish fan, and I feel honored listening to this. What an amazing performance! 👏
they HAVE to do more covers like THAT!!!
Yeah! Definitely i agree with you
Floor has black hair. The only advantage...😅
I mean its a 5/10 cover, the lead vocals are good, but the rest of the song lacks everything the original has.
ça manque clairement de puissance vocale !
having a live chorus for this is such an amazing idea holy shit
goosebumps is an understatement
