When I saw them live he was the happiest and most hyperactive person on stage even though his bass wasn't even plugged in during the first song. Wasn't a bad show at all although I liked the main act of the concert (Blind Guardian) much more.
A great band. I had the pleasure to see them live while touring with Blind Guardian. I loved this piece immediately. The choir, the 70's prog mood .... everything.
I just learned Scardust existed through the Charismatic Voice channel. Was a huge Patty Gurdy fan before, and This song had me before she even sang a note!
I came because I'm a big fan of Patty. I stayed because I fell madly in love with the bass player. Dude is having an absolute blast and that solo was sick.
He looks so similar to a friend of mine who plays guitar (oceans apart) that I was surprised they didn't have a similar voice in the one video I've seen he speaks in.
It took me a day of thinking, but now I 'm so happy I realized where I know the hurdy gurdy melody in the first verse from (1:00) . It's the first meoldy on Iron Maiden's Paeschendale. Not one to one of course. Just a very similar sound. Wonderful stuff. Sounds fantastic on the gurdy.
2 years ago.. I could have been listening to this 2 frelling years ago... I subscribed on just this. I somehow even missed when Charismatic Voice reviewed it. someone had to have buried the rock I live under.. Damn. I found this thanks to that Goddess Patty, but stayed for the band in love with the music they made. Orr Didi, Dude! I've never seen a bass player that happy in his moment and it nearly felt like a solo duel. On itunes I bought the song. Thank you for blessing us with this amazing music.
WHAT'S THIS? Folk-prog-metal??? Each and any performer is insanely talented, and the mix of it all was glorious. (Special mention for the "mad slapper" and his faces. AND the blonde singer hitting impossible notes like fresh water. AND well, everybody else). Finally UA-cam suggests right.
hell yea. getting some solid Dream Theater/Rudess vibes from this and absolutely loving it. A lot of this has the feel of my favorite parts of Metropolis Pt.2 AND the absolutely amazing hurdy gurdy and vocals of Patty. Came here by way of Patty's song with Alestorm, and super glad I did.
Okay. That... that was impressive. I clicked because I'm a fan of Patty, but this, this just blew me away. Your bass player is crazy good. Dude was just rocking out and living his best life there.
I'd not heard of this band before yesterday, when this showed up in my recommendations. But I'm familiar with Patty's work and know I like what I've heard from her, so I figured I'd give this a listen. I was _not_ prepared for this to be so amazing! Everything about this is just... perfection. I've been listening to this over and over, and of course I had to go and buy the full album! This is really excellent stuff!
What a great ensemble even the choir back up singers and violins. Dig the bass player. My mate told me about Patty when we were going to see Alestorm as he's a big fan of hers, and now so am I. Fab music Patty. Cracking song.
Stardust is finally gaining some well deserved fans. I've been listening them for years now. They seem to fly under the radar, but they're truly a breath of fresh air. I live in the USA and have been sharing then with people.
I can't find anything not to like here. The chorus, the orchestra, the production, Patty being Patty, and by the way, the band is killer. Love the musical battle between the bass and guitar players.
Okey... I am officially... BLOWN AWAY!! I did not expect ANY of this!! It felt more like a mini-musical than a song - and that is in a GOOD way in my opinion!! Thank you!!
What I love about Noa and Scardust is that so many of their songs give individuals a chance to showcase their talents. Vocalists, strings, choir, percussion, lyrics. Everything! They haven't been to the UK since I discovered them. Would love to see them live
This is one of the best pieces of music I've heard in a long time. I keep coming back and find yet another musical nuance each listening! Fantastic everyone!
Then you should go to the album this song is on (Strangers) - it’s equal parts awesome and bonkers... I don’t think I‘ve ever experienced an album with as many switch ups in vibe per song as this one! 🤩
My father made me discover this band and it's just amazing. I love this song. It kinda reminds me of the novel "This is how you lose the time war" with Blue and Red warrior and lovers amongst the time

Blown away Patty just simply Blown away. The March of a life time. Power from the people. Either get up, put up, or shut up and get out of the way. Many many thanks to you and Scardust.

Love your music you beautiful people!
Holy cow!!! WOW!!!! Best yet. Albeit different, reminded me of the performances by Yes, Rush, The Who. Some serious collaborations there. Loved this one.
I just discovered something fun. I thought there was something odd about the distortion at the point at 3:10 where Noa and Patty are gently touching/cradling each other's chins. In that spot there are two non-consecutive frames of Noa and Patty in just about the same pose and framing in the wasteland "concrete cage" from the end of the video with their VR goggles on. If you want to try to find them, pause the video on the line "The Earth is worn" and then step frame-by-frame forward with the period key and back with the coma key (on US keyboards/keymaps).

he’s the invincible Orr Didi
It's a different bass player in the clip from the audio, they switched the bass (and keyboard) players since then.
This is my story. This whole song is fantastic. Those weird scat vocal scale runs or whatever near the end really won me over too.
the bassplayer... not bad for governmet work eh?
When the entire D&D party is comprised of bards and they all roll a nat 20.

These guys are criminally underrated in the metal scene... I feel like they'd be bloody fantastic at a festival on a big stage!!!!!
They did WOA last year, and are touring with Blind Guardian this summer ;)
They were my personal highlight at W:O:A2022 , not the big stage, but loud as f*** xD
How is no one talking about the fabulous guitar work!
