Look , what happened was I filled the SD card up fully , had about half a gig left on it , but tried to download more files than I had room for ( so it filled it up all the way). Then the phone said "ejecting SD card" , but then once I removed the card and restarted the phone it will not detect the SD card at all. Then again I transferred my data back into SD CARD from Laptop.. And it worked for me.. 🥳.. I wrote this solution in the comment section too.. Might work for someone else too..

I was having an issue on my new Fiio M11 Pro ESS -- it would only recognize any SD card I threw at it as "corrupted" in portable mode, even though the cards were not. The Fiio runs a modified Android 10, and the steps were all applicable and appear to have worked. 😃
i solved this issue. JUST INSERT YOUR MEMORY CARD ON OTHER PHONE and you will see that the other phone can read your memory card. THEN INSERT IT again in your own phone. THEN IT CAN READ THE MEMORY CARD ALREADY.
Samsung needs to learn how to make a phone use a sd card right. I've had 5 galaxys in the past 8 years and all of them have a problem with sd cards. They never can read them after a month or they corrupt no matter what type of sd card I use and I always buy the best 1s I can find 50 bucks on a 4k sd card and it's still junk. Samsung r not dependable but it's the best u can buy. IPhone sucks I had 1 for 6 months I almost lost my mind

it depends on what phone you have got, because for my Xiaomi Redmi 10 (selene), you can actually erase the data.
My card is (brand new) was corrupted somehow. Sorry to say this procedure didn't help 😐
