1. Check the memory card have a problem or not
2. Remove sim card from phone
3. Setting > files > storage
4. Restart your phone

1. removed the sim tray with memory card
2. go to settings>app management>app list
3. search "file manager"
4. go to file manager>storage usage, then click "clear data"
5. exit the setting, then restart the phone
6. after the restarted, insert the sim tray with sim card and memory card
and after that, it works now
it doent work, after i fix it yesterday, it came back that nothing happened(undetecting memory card

I nearly thew it away but something said, just go on UA-cam and see if there is a video to help. I clicked on your video and I thank God I did, your video was spot on and I followed your steps to the letter and now I have all my photos back, thank you so much brother for your help. I will add one thing in case people don't see the show system apps, when you go to apps and click the three dots, depending on what version of android you have, the show system apps won't be there, instead what you have to do, is click on the three vertical lines to the right, where it says your apps, with the arrow pointing downwards and then the option to show system apps will be visible. Well I don't have another device to switch it to and I can't see what this guy is doing because he recorded it so small and yet he knows we're looking at this on our cell phone so this was no help to me .

Can I ask a question please some years ago I put a code on my SD card and I totally forgot the password but it was still working good without I had to use the password but now I'm using a different phone it's asking for the password, so I just wanted to know if there is anything you can tell me to help even to get back some of the stuffs on it. You can always put it back in the other device and reset the password if possible
I meannnn... encryption doesn't work like that ..try hooking it up to a computer with work around software. Even then a bit of a lost cause... ESPECIALLY if U don't even have the phone anymore.
Hi guys, whosoever was not able to get the data still after this process, same happened with me, i tried everything but still it didn't happen, so what i did was i bought a card reader and inserted the sd card in it and then connected it to the laptop and you won't believe everything was visible inside the sd card in my laptop then i copied everything into my laptop, hope so it will help you, just in case if this also didn't work then pls try to use different card reader and different laptops ,i hope then it will work. Do you have other solutions? Because I cant clear 'DATA' in my 'My File' because it contains lots of what I'm using. Only clearing cache is what I could do.

@@rizzaesponga471 hey i already fixed mine, what i did is. i used my micro sd card adapter and i opened it in my computer. bad news is youll need to format it, like erase all. goodnews is you can use your sd card again. for real i did that an hour ago
I've tried several steps but it didn't work! So my last option was to safely removed my SD Card to my device and i installed it with my Samsung galaxy J2 SM-J200GU and the SD card was detected. I decided to reformat the card and everything in it was erased. Then I put it back to my Vivo phone again and hola the phone detected back again the 256GB SD Vivo Card. That's it guys!

I've tried both ways in your tutorial trying to get my 128GB encrypted SD card work in my Galaxy Note 8 phone in which I encrypted it about a year ago and never did any changes.Recently I had to format it and even updated the My 📂 Files app,but to no avail.I still get the message "UNSUPPORTED SD CARD - This device doesn't support this SD card.Tap to set up in a supported format". I inserted the card in a laptop and in another phone whereby it's detectable,so I don't know what could be wrong with my Note 8?

@@Herozonex200 I'm so sorry to hear that,mine is now perfectly working and I managed to reload it with my encrypted files/data,that's after I had to open the phone only to find out that there was a sim card stuck in the sim and SD card tray space,so after its retrieval all came back to normal.Just try following the tutorial in this video,all the best.

If you move the apps to sd card the apps wont be able to work properly because apps has a fully functional system to the internal storage of your phone so dont do move the apps on sd card its unsafe this is base on my experience..
