1 cup cold brew
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons skim milk
2 tablespoons cream
1 pump vanilla syrup
1 tablespoon pumpkin sauce
pumpkin pie spice, for topping
pumpkin sauce:
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt

in case you were wondering, they use skim/ fat free products because they are lighter and able to hold bubbles/ foam better. hope this helps. ❤️:-)
Finally a recipe that works! Two years ago when the pumpkin cream cold foam I came out, I tried every recipe on UA-cam to recreate at home and what a waste of time and money. People really had me adding half a can of pumpkin purée to a single cup of my cold brew. Tasted like I was carving pumpkins and adding it to my drink. Heavy, nasty, and fibrous from the excessive pumpkin.
This recipe was literally perfect 😭.
Not me buying this drink yesterday and thinking "I hope Patrick makes a video about this" I can't wait to try this out
After watching 20+ UA-cam videos on how to make Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, I think your recipe is the closest to the real thing. I went to Walmart and picked up all the recipes!

Oat milk works really well for cold foam. I make a sweet cream cold foam several times a week and oat milk is the only milk I use because I’m mostly dairy free.

@@404WookieeError I use the recipe on the Starbucks website for vanilla sweet cream cold foam. 1/4 cup milk, 1 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Froth with hand frother

This is awesome thank you! I personally don't like to dilute my drink with regular ice so I poured some coldbrew in an ice tray and put in the freezer to make coldbrew ice. But I know some people aren't crackheads like me and actually want normal ice lol

If anyone has trouble with it not thickening u can use whole milk instead of heavy cream when u make the foam so itll sit and not pour down immediately.

I can't have cream cause I'm lactose intolerant but I did find a lactose free sweetened condensed milk! I wonder though what the sub for the cream would be? Anyone know of one that would work and still be as fluffy when whipped as possible? Thanks! 🎃🍂
I think canned coconut milk (chilled) works. Garbanzo water does work but it has a taste
Do you know if Starbucks had lactose free cream? Ive been sensitive to cow milk for years, I used to be able to drink it in my childhood and would frequently, now I’m starting not to be able to eat cheeses, and icings, and I’m worried soon enough I won’t be able to with cream
