Nothing wrong with being cheap😁 t how you can afford trips like this😃 I'm betting the tunnel is a WWII Artillery Battery. Awesome mushrooms on the step🍄🍄 The old power station is pretty cool😎 Thank for sharing your trip😊
Thanks Age, yes that could be right, although there was no big rooms for large artillery guns. On the topic of cost, all the food, drinks, and even hostels are cheaper than here - in Canada we pay a way higher price for our goods and services.
@@lifeofluke Hmmm...maybe someone watching will know the right answer then. I'm still leaning toward something for WWII. That's good to know about the price of things there! It looks like a nice place to visit, that is for sure😊
I wasn't referring to a plane crash on Pico, I think we've talking about different incidents, this one crashed on one of the highest mountains on the east side of São Miguel island: Air France Flight 009 in 1949, crashed on Pico da Vara
Tempat yang sangat indah sekali kawan.. menakjubkan.,,
terima kasih!
Looks like a great mini series ! Safe travels ! 😎🤙

Your welcome Luke and Nina.!:)
Great video!!
Thanks!
As it were, I was just watching an air crash investigation about a plane in the '90's that crashed into one of Azores peaks. Cool exploration.
Haha, serendipitous, I did a little reading about historical plane incidents there and came across that story too!
@@lifeofluke Was it that mountain you climbed there ?

@@lifeofluke Jeez, there were two of them !
Where is Nina?
She didn't come all the way to Portugal, she stayed at home in Canada.
@@lifeofluke Thank you, have safe travels.
I will court controversy here by stating that I enjoy inflight meals.
Haha, no controversy here, it helps to get a meal whereas flying Air Canada, all one gets is a cracker for a 6 hour flight across the country...
