      No brother soy lo estrogen female hormone vuntundi 60 gm varaku safe 100 gm tisukunte it leads to hormonal imbalance .

      human estrogen is different from phytoestrogen , soy lo vundedhi isoflavones , idhi hormones ni effect cheyyadhu with 100grams intake , but uric acid levels ni effect chesthundhi if you are already high in uric acid then dheeni effect worse gaa untundhi

      Yes so many researches had done on this no research suggesting 100 gm intake as my knowledge & as I studied researches 50 to 60 gm per day is safe ....more than that consume means you have to face so many health issues ..That also depends on individuals...
