    In Norway, ID.7 sales did not take off until the GTX Tourer became available, but then we also have a LOT of snow. In November the ID 7 was number 6 on the top 10 list of new car sales. The ID.4 number 4, and the ID.3 number 10. Tesla Y and 3 took the top spots.

      The 3 top spots are why I wont get a Tesla, I hate having a common car, even if they are admittedly a better package. I won't say a better car, but definitely a better package

    The thing that's putting me off on the GTX is the red stitching and the black roofline. I prefer the look of the "normal" version more

      I usually like a car with red stitching, but this one I don't like they way they have done it. It's wax over the top.
      I do like the black roof though.

    I wonder if the regen behaviour in GTX is due to two motors doing it, instead of one, making it more aggressive. And the regen behaviour is not calibrated properly for this two motor situation.

    Interesting review. In the UK the price difference is is £10,000. I dont think the power difference is enough to justify choosing the GTX. I am currently deciding between an ID4 and ID7.

      Agree. Not worth it for the usage case - long distance luxury type car. Pro S seems to be the best option for me, to be competitive with others. Comfort and range.

      ​@@philw4625In France the difference between Pro and Pro S is just a decent 1700 EUR while in Germany it is an indecent 5000 EUR. 🙈

      The ID7 is way more comfortable tho, like by a lot. IMO. We were in the same position as you are and we went with the ID7 after trying both of them 2-3 times each.

      @Skinnypuff Thank you for your reply. It is interesting to hear. The only thing putting me off the ID7 is the length I have never had a car over 4.6 metres.

      In the UK the difference between the Pro and Pro S us £3800. It is not worth it for my use. The difference between the hatch and tourer is £690. I think the tourer is better looking,

      How should they do that? The limit is the motor and its spinning maximum. Most probably it would require different gearbox
