For real! I watched a guy wreck a Rion right in front of me here in SF at 40 with no helmet. Did a Dolphin nose dive into the street, I called an ambulance for him. Makes me want to carry spare helmets and give them to ppl I see riding with out one.

They aren't legal in the UK like anything fun . This will never be possible here.
@@caffeineisking8132 Actually they are .The surron L1e is roadl-legal and you can register it with the DVLA and use it for anything. You do have to be 16 or over though. Im saving up for 1 rn

It is such a shame that your regulations are so strict, I will admit that as we've all seen in the past that while a majority is being safe and cautious there are those that snub that in light of their own fun which has had bad effects on others, I'm talking about the NYC escooter hit and run as well as other incidents. But still there should be easing as these are a great gas alternative to commuting around such big cities like London and NYC, it's ultimately up to the operator to be geared up in safety gear and helmet and a cop should stop them if they arent! Not harsh treatment when its for your safety as accidents can easily happen! Done Soap Boxing, just be safe and sound.
@@scottbigley5126 well now in the UK we also had a rise on our electric bill nearly doubling in price. So going electric for a bike or car now is so expensive. The time we live in is a fucking joke. Well said though buddy.
