    Here is where I display my 2 hobbies, freestyle quad flying and sim racing with the occaisional live stream from some kind of open world survival game.
    My freestyle quad setup changes quite a lot because the technology moves and advances so fast (and I generally need to replace things when I crash) and with my current situation being a carer for my poorly fiancee, I generally have to either source the cheapest parts or find ways of fixing what I've damaged. I'm always looking for sponsors to collaborate with and any donations to help me fund this would be hugely appreciated at paypal.me/daverobinson1?local...

      Hi mate, the rubber buffer is an M4, 10 x 10 here's the link to the one I used www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BUFFER-Rubber-Mount-Anti-Vibration-STOPS-Male-ALL-SIZE-M6-M8-M10-M12-M16-D-/223700384876?_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l49292

    So I'm thinking if doing something similar to DFGT pedals, will the braking force required damage the pedals, considering DFGT pedals are plastic rather than metal?

    • @RobbofpvGaming
      @RobbofpvGaming  2 роки тому +1

      I can't answer for sure mate but the thrustmaster Pedals are plastic too.
      Only advise I can give, is avoid spraying any wd40 on spueaky Pedals as it makes the plastic brittle and more likely to break.

  • @marcosschaefer

    • @RobbofpvGaming

      Still works perfect mate, I use it for league races every week and can't imagine not having it now and yes, calibration is exactly the same, just apply what you want full pressure braking to be and you're calibrated.

    • @RobbofpvGaming
      @RobbofpvGaming  2 роки тому +1

      That is correct mate. What I've done since making this video is cut a spring to fit behind the pedal and around the rubber stopper so I get light pressure on the brakes when needed and still get full pressure when needed. Hope that made sense.

    I really liked the video but do you really notice the change? Or better to invest in better ones like TLCM? Thanks.
    On the other hand, I've been researching to do this to mine and I've seen three people using Leo Bodnar's amp, but does it have to be this one? Stores also sell other amps but they are not the same. Thanks for the possible clarification to the doubt. Greetings and good video.

    • @RobbofpvGaming
      @RobbofpvGaming  2 роки тому +1

      Thanks mate.. I can't compare to the tlcm Pedals as I haven't tried them but I can confirm that, after a period of getting used to how hard you have to brake (as you would in real life) my braking consistency and technique has hugely improved. If you've ever thought "how can I shave off a few tenths here and few tenths there" it won't come straight away with this system but it definitely opens up options with braking techniques.
      As for the amplifier, I can't give you any kind of definitive answer with that I'm afraid.
