Perfect timing, thank you! Wheels and bushings change (from Kegels to Speed Vents and harder duro Nipples) and backing frames install is planned for my Ember before the first ride, it will be much easier now.
I'm ordering the hardware from muirskate. Should I use riser pads? I'm using 85 caguamas on my Ember. Wondering about clearance. Also, if using riser pads would the 1 and one eighth button heads still work or do I use a longer mounting bolts? Sorry for the noob question.
I don’t think shock pads are necessary. Trucks with an embossed logo in the baseplate will dig into the board a little but, but never have I ever seen a board failure in that section of the board. Do not expect it to affect the board in any negative way, and beyond that, I’m a fan of connecting my board are precisely as possible. So a soft riser is really just increasing slop.
it's mostly aesthetic. the forked design makes the board a bit smaller and a little easier to drag behind you. The closed design gives you a bit more board to help kick it up to your hand when you reach your destination. there are hypothesized differences in torsional flex, but I haven't seen it measured, and I think construction and glues make a lot bigger of a difference.
the best video on the topic that I've seen thank you! also the one assembling the pranayama is amazing too. I learnt a ton. thank you

Just wondering what brand those bearings were? I've used zealous or bones race but haven't seen those.

What screws do you use to assemble the pantheon pranayama?
hi would you recomend some shockpads for the trucks ? so less stress ? great board , i ordered my trip v2 today

@@PantheonLongboards Thanks for the reply friend ! my trip v2 should arrive this week...
keep Safe !
@@PantheonLongboards appreciate that response! I had the same question lol. Gonna be ordering an Ember if I can next time you guys are in stock 🙏🏽
What are the advantages of the closed drop through design like the Ember? Strength/durability?
