Pursuit theme in Ace Attorney is so good, man. Every time it's playing it awakens something in my brain to act smug while crushing the prosecution's argument with evidences until they start seething in court
not just for Any moment in a court scene; but the moment where you Drop that SLAM ON THE TABLE and Systematically destroy a witness' entire testimony with a short few sentences!
Alternate title: Defense and prosecuting attorneys, a detective, and an archaeology professor say "objection" and stare at you for 4 and a half minutes.
Having been passingly interested in Ace Attorney for many years, Professor Layton Vs Phoenix Wright was my first introduction to the series And what an introduction it was
I actually had a version of Pursuit ~ Caught with Godot already edited but Mia would actually had been far more fitting. I didn't wanted to use a Pursuit theme twice though, so I settled with the OG.
I love the Ace Attorney music, they never disappoint when a new games comes out. Then I heard Partners in TGAA2. And it will be my favourite Ace Attorney track for a VERY long time, it is just pure perfection
*_Picture the scene:_* You've played through the majority of the game. You've taken on many cases, found the true culprit for each and earned your defendant their freedom. You've travelled to a variety of fantastic locations, met a vast plethora of characters, and grown to love the main cast almost as much as your own family. Now all that is left is one last trial. One last duel of words between you and the prosecution. The evidence has been found. The people of the courtroom are starting to lean towards your point of view. The witness you are convinced is the true perpetrator has taken the stand. You take a deep, long breath, and begin to press on. And just as you select the right piece of evidence, one of these glorious tracks begins to play. A slight grin takes over your face. Now it's time for the real fun to begin. You have them... *_cornered._* :)

Layton: Yeah, when I am about to destroy a mofo, please start with a bit of Mortal Combat, then smoothly transition into Final Fantasy Boss Fight please, thank you dear.
Out of these, "Keep Pressing On" will always be my favorite, but ngl "Great Turnabout" is a pretty close second place (almost Evenly Matched with "Overtaken")
I introduced a childhood friend to this series on bus rides home from school. A few years later I found out that he never plays any of them with sound on. Needless to say we don’t talk much anymore

And of course the setting, which has a very strong steampunk vibe to it. I mean, just look at Strongharts office...
That seems also to have translated to the soundtrack, which gave us the best in the entire franchise.
There is a very interesting essay on UA-cam about how Layton influenced The Great Ace Attorney, if you are interested in that :D

Nah the main trilogy is better, cause it sounds unique. Gaa is average

1:57 when prof layton shows up! 🎉
whenever i’m having a hard time with homework these OSTs start playing in my head, God i love ace attorney so much
I'm sorry, but Lying Coldly will always be an iconic song for me because I spent way too much time replaying the "Updated Autopsy Report" meme
"'Scuse me!"
So polite
A true gentleman~
" 'Scuse me!"
Is the most adorable objection I've heard so far
It's amazing how the game is afoot suddenly makes you want to achieve great things
exactly
Pursuit theme in Ace Attorney is so good, man. Every time it's playing it awakens something in my brain to act smug while crushing the prosecution's argument with evidences until they start seething in court
2:55 WHYD THEY HAVE TO MAKE THIS TRACK SO MF HARDDDD MANNNNNNNN
The final dance of deduction still hits me in the feels
Why are these tunes so epic, all this for court scenes-
YES!
not just for Any moment in a court scene; but the moment where you Drop that SLAM ON THE TABLE and Systematically destroy a witness' entire testimony with a short few sentences!
2:31 and 3:40 *Great ace attorney 2 spoilers*
WE TAKING DOWN THE JUDICIARY WITH THIS ONE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I'm introducing to my girlfriend this series, we just finished Turnabout Sisters last night , she's hooked!
The great ace attorney ost went so goddamn hard. The tap dancing.
fr 🐐
Alternate title: Defense and prosecuting attorneys, a detective, and an archaeology professor say "objection" and stare at you for 4 and a half minutes.
FUCKIN BANGERS ALL AROUND BABY
courtroom revolutionnaire goes so hard it wasn't even here
Having been passingly interested in Ace Attorney for many years, Professor Layton Vs Phoenix Wright was my first introduction to the series
And what an introduction it was
we should've also had mia appear with t&t's cornered theme playing
I actually had a version of Pursuit ~ Caught with Godot already edited but Mia would actually had been far more fitting.
I didn't wanted to use a Pursuit theme twice though, so I settled with the OG.
This desk slamming competition is getting intense
In reality the jury is composed of only the best musicians and gets it on during trials
I was doing chores while playing this, so I was just vibing to the music instead of watching the visuals you've added xD
Bro casting magic has absolutely NO wright (heh) slapping this GOD DAMN HARD
Ace attorney OST, my beloved!
I don't know Capcom has a such banger
I say Ace Attorney has the most memorable and recognizable music and most used SFX in video game history.
that's capcom for you lol
Also don't forget the AMAZING music featured in the fan game Phoenix Wright: The Contempt of Court!
I love the Ace Attorney music, they never disappoint when a new games comes out.
Then I heard Partners in TGAA2. And it will be my favourite Ace Attorney track for a VERY long time, it is just pure perfection
‘The Great Ace Attorney’ duology and ‘Professor Layton vs Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney’ have the best ‘Objection!’ and ‘Pursuit’ themes.
*_Picture the scene:_*
You've played through the majority of the game.
*_cornered._*
:)
@yao483 Oooh, not what I was originally thinking of but I like that version too! I tip my (non-existent) Herlock Sholmes hat to you, my dear fellow. :)
Overtaken is *so good* that I cant help but listen to it on repeat. But Keep Pressing On just has that beautiful "winning against all odds" sound.
But I'm sorry to all those who dare to say orherwise:
CASTING MAGIC IS THE BEST PURSUIT THEME OF ALL TIME
based
Give the guy who said that with Unlimited Corners, and he will regret it
Everybody out here shouting Objection and Ryunosuke comes in with his ‘Scuse me” 😂
😂
💀
Judge: Is there anyone in the gallery who's *not* part of the orchestra?!
I love how it looks like they pause their objection to enjoy their objection's theme XD
Layton: Yeah, when I am about to destroy a mofo, please start with a bit of Mortal Combat, then smoothly transition into Final Fantasy Boss Fight please, thank you dear.
I finished playing Dual Destinies two days ago, but that music almost made me cry
I think someone was cutting onions nearby when Apollo Justice's theme and Professor Layton's theme were being played...
Its just a silly game about a professor solving puzzles. Its music isnt go-
Out of these, "Keep Pressing On" will always be my favorite, but ngl "Great Turnabout" is a pretty close second place (almost Evenly Matched with "Overtaken")
This series is one of my longest standing hyperfixations, and this music is making me go feral
Apollo Justice is pure perfection. Can’t wait to finish T&T to play it❤
Herlocks and Mikotobas dance of deduction song was EVERYTHINGGGGG
true
Thanks to the artists for giving lawyers all around the world their own soundtrack.
susano mikotoba tapping his foot while our main character finding the truth about the judge
Music can't be that go- *OBJECTION!!*
I introduced a childhood friend to this series on bus rides home from school. A few years later I found out that he never plays any of them with sound on. Needless to say we don’t talk much anymore
if someone says they play AA without sound. they would be dead to me on the spot
The music is literally the whole reason I put the sound on wtf
The is easily one of the best videos I’ve ever seen, when Ryunosuke’s theme came on a literally had to jump up from drawing and I dance (Yes I know I’m weird) when Herlock’s came on I screamed lightly like ‘YASSS’
And can we talk about how amazing it is that your pfp is Barok
Thank You!
I'm very happy you had as much fun watching as I had making this video. Sharing love about Ace Attorney always is a delight :)
And yeah, Van Zieks is my favorite character in TGAA, with Sholmes as a close second of course ^^
@@TheClericYT Barok and Sholmes are a couple of the silliest ace attorney characters, I literally have like, 5 memes of Sholmes being silly in my camera roll-
@@TheStrawThatEatsBagels Oh yeah, I also got a whole bunch of memes of Sholmes. Given that I also edit stuff with Sholmes in it, I basically have almost every single asset of the guy :D
@@TheClericYT LOL Sholmes Fans get my ultimate respect 🫡 it’s amazing that you have that just saved
layton:
*enters the courtroom*
*plays one of the hardest going musics in the series*
*does not elaborate further*
You forgot “leaves”
I mean yes, many scenarios and the characters in AA are silly, but the entire series is still AMAZING.😆
I fucking love these games, I have arrived at farewell my turnabout and I heard it goes crazy!
I really loved the tracks included in the video. These are among my favorites. When I played the chronicles, the game is afoot and great turnabout became favorites of mine and took the top spots in all the tracks I heard from various games in the series
thank you for making this masterpiece to display these masterpieces
DGS just hits so different
God, I miss this abandoned Gem of a series
Let's not give up hope!
TGAA Chronicles has sold far more than Capcom expected. I think the chances have never been higher for new Ace Attorney games :D
@@TheClericYT We can hope!!! your confidence is key to all this :)
I am so hyped to hear this in the game, I only know the Phoenix Wright trilogy and I am waiting for a Let's Play of the next trilogy from my favourite UA-cam channel, that will come in the next months! :D
Judge: "Why did you say objection, then not say anything?"
Phoenix: "Sorry your honour, I was just jamming out to the music"
All these years later, but it's still scary to see Layton and Wright behind the same desk.
546 stand behind this OBJECTION!!
HOLD IT!
Now it's 547...
TAKE THAT!
(This pertains to chat, not views.)
This was the most epic rap Battle without rapping that ever was is and will be.
Casting magic is legendary.
