1 question, how long do you need to wait to exercise after eating? In order for the food to have properly digested.
It’s is recommended 1hr or 1hr n 30mins

I just ate a 200g to 300g Chicken Breast and Heinz Baked Beans with Salad 30 mins after work out. Can I take Protein Shake after eating the meal or should I eat later after and hour after the meal?
okay may not be the guy you are asking but I will say this, you should eat from 20 to 40 grams of protein and carbs. You need to balance it out to get a good type of muscle. However, that will depend on body type and what you do on a day to day basis.

Hi everyone, new to the gym world here. so actually what can I eat post workout when I'm having a "big belly situation" ?
Obviously healthier food is an important part, but if you’re bigger and want to Lose weight, I suggest lessen your portions, you’re gonna be hungrier but after a week you should get somewhat used to it
you don’t have to eat things you don’t enjoy you just have to lessen the portions and stay consistent with your daily caloric intake.

Doing it wrong buddy , you need carbs before your workout to fuel your workout, you need pretty much no protein during workouts because you are trying to break your muscle fibres not build it during and low carb and high protine intake after.
You've got a point - but this is a preference of mine, and I find it much more fulfilling consuming larger amount of carbs post workout
@@The.Power.Lifestyle I get it, try high carb meal 90 mins before your workout and see the difference, I used to do same as you are doing it, I changed it up to high carb meal with very little or no protine and it made a huge difference in my energy & endurance.

Sir new subscriber here, is 30g of protein is enough to build muscle? Ex. I'm 132lbs
30g after your workout would be perfect. Your body can only use between 20-40g of protein in the post-workout window. You want to get that protein in your body within an hour of your training session. You should be eating about 1g of protein per pound of body weight. So, at 132lb you should be intaking about 132g of protein daily.

If you mean daily, you need to atleast double that number and add at least 15 more.
What about having snacks as pre workout like yogurt, popcorn, or even candy?
No don’t eat candy or popcorn maybe just have some rice and meat
@@DARKWOLF-td1lw not rice and meat... that’s after workout food. What you need to eat before a workout should be things like oatmeal, eggs, bananas, peanut butter.

I'm always go for chicken breast smoothie..I blend the chicken, oat and banana...and guess what.. I swallow 400gram chicken in 2 mins..this call create the luxury of time
