Hey Ryan, that happened in NC. The guy in the vest was the good guy. The guy in the city truck was a car jacker. The guy in the vest tried to stop him, turned his back and was killed when the car jacker hit him.

Be honest Ryan Simply Safe is only to protect Anne....the real star of this channel.....and that customer reminds me of back when I did Audio/Video for a builder that built big mansions and all the trades would be on pins and needles every time the owner, builder and designer would walk thru the job waiting to find out how much of the work they'd done all week would be changed lol
It's called an add-on extra. Contractors love extras. Contract signed. Anything more $$$$$$$$$$. That probably added 25-30% to the contract.
The change isn't for free, but it does delay the timeline for following projects. If dates are already set.

That guy didn’t get rich by being lame he’s the GC on his own project and he’s got a firm hand on the subs like Ryan. No doubt he got it for the price he wanted. Hard to believe Franny and Eric have been with Ryan for over 3 years and still need to be told what to do when forming. They should be able to do the whole job on their own but they can’t.
That’s how he operates he has to be able to tell them everything to do. Nothing is ever good enough or done the right way. When you works for someone like that you are better off waiting to be told what to do and put up with the whining he does about it. Best just to get a better job that pays more

Brian it's going to cost you lots of that easy money if you don't do pre-trip especially on your oil last year's videos were showing that you were low on oil just saying from another truck driver from 19 years
In the UK it's pretty much an instant dismissal if you don't do your pre checks before starting the engine. Every company I've worked for has been the same, coupled with the fact that it's unprofessional.
