The one thing that stood out to me in terms of amazing pricing was the wheels and seats - basically the heavy, hard to ship items. Plus Nardi's.
Recaro SR2, SR3, etc seats for $500 for a mint pair of Confetti's, Indy's, Type R Honda specs, as well as the cheap Nardi classics are INSANE. Seeing $3500 SR2 Indy's for $500-$750 is just crazy. I scored $40 Nardi classics amongst other things that I was able to flip for 5x back home. Shit's still insanely well priced over there IF you can shop around and find them. A mate even bought carbon fibre Veilside RX7 headlight housings for $250 that would sell for upwards of $1500 online.

Yeah idk what videos Rex has been watching but in every video I've seen, the people usually walk out with nothing saying something along the lines of what ylu just said. The hype is, there is no hype.

always keep your expectations are low as possible, these shops are basically like high end thrift stores for cars. So yes you can snag good deals and find gems, but for the most part they are heavily visited and the stock is usually not the greatest. The best ones to go to are the ones farthest from population such as the countryside and such

Give you a update on my 2000 Camry LE. I took the Camry to Maximum Car Audio. I told the guy that looked at the stereo system about my windows and door locks not working. He told me this happens when the original radio stereo system is replaced with a new stereo system. This is the second stereo system that the Camry has had. It's some kind of relay switch that has gone bad. This has happened when I put my new stereo system in. I also found out that the door jams switches are connected to the ignition which is connected to the master switch on the driver side door. Geez everything is connected on this 2000 Camry LE. I took the Camry to Maximum Car Audio to see if need a subwoofer. Guy said I may not have to get a subwoofer. My back speakers are 450 watts, front door speakers are 300 watts, Twitters are 150 watts. Guy told me to get the Camry repaired then come back and he would tune the system in the Camry. I'm going to do that. I try and do repairs on the Camry myself if I can. If not I will take it to a honest mechanic if there is such a thing anymore in this world. Sorry this is so long. Glad you enjoyed your trip to Japan.
