ive been brewing ciders and wines for some time, but i think its time to make some umqombothi, the anchor brewers yeast has a recipe but this helps with the finer details. thanks from a white guy from jozi.

Molo bhuti, thank you for the video.. How many 1 kg of king Korn are we using?
Use 1kg of King Korn and 1kg of maize meal when you mix, then when you done cooking the porridge version and it's dry, then add another king Korn and stir it together and put it in one bucket after. Then you good. Meaning 2kg king Korn is required
