thanks for uplading .. footage was usefull for duplicating a missing part on ninja250 tank... the lock is quite simular to kawasaki ninja 250 . sucsesss public note * before fuel tank rust removing processes - remove fuel pump and lock .. viniger eats aluminum very fast
I was thinking about putting some but wouldn’t it get into fuel if bike is dropped or something? Am I dumb or is it better not to grease for carbed bikes ?
@@vr5578 bro what why would it be harmful and i didnt put any still ran fine there are cars where people put rocks in it washerfluid and it still runs you think a little grease isnt gonna disolve away
Thank you. My 'new' ride has a stickimg fuel cap. This looks to be the perfect solution. Always repair, only replace if no other option.

Any idea what the purpose of the ball bearing is? If it is missing, should it be replaced (with similar size), or just left out?
The ball blocks gas from pouring out of the tank through the air inlet, when the bike is upside down on an accident.

any grease is ok. That is chain grease
