I have seen a little bit of the Big Bang Theory and it's pretty funny. "Dumb guy's interpretation of a smart guy" Not particularly. There are some jokes made at the expense of nerds but I don't think that is accurate. It's a run of the mill sitcom.
Hey Mellojoseph. Me again. How's this for a Family Guy cut-away joke? Peter: God, this is worse than that time I heard that knock-knock joke. (cut-away) Chris: Hey dad, knock-knock. Peter: (does nothing) Chris: Knock-knock. Peter: (does nothing) Chris: KNOCK-KNOCK! Peter: LOIS, HELP! THERE'S A STRANGER AT THE DOOR! (cops show up and arrest Chris)
Here's another character that's gone missing from Family Guy. Where's Joyce Kinney? Joyce Kinney was introduced in the episode "Excellence in Broadcasting" as Tom Tucker's new co-host on Quahog's channel 5 news. She replaced Diane Simmons after Diane was killed by Stewie in the 2 part episode "And Then There Were Fewer". Joyce would go on to appear in many episodes that involve a scene showing the news. However, Joyce's last appearance was in the season 19 episode "The Marrying Kind" where she can be seen in the Drunken Clam singing the Muppet Show song along with some other cameos, and to this date she hasn't been seen again for some reason. What do you think happened to her?
You would think Peter would like streaming services. It gives you more access to older shows and you don't have to wait for them to come on tv. He is constantly referencing older shows.
I thought this episode was alright. There was a plot hole in the episode. There is more than one tv in that house. There is one in Chris's room as seen in Hanna Banana and there is another tv in the attic as seen in Alot Going On Upstairs. You also don't get to see Peter give streaming a chance. You see him log on to Netflix but you never see him actually watch any streaming shows. It ends with a gag with Quagmire it feels like a scene was cut. Alot of the jokes were funny especially the cutaway where Lois was choking and the gag where the couch rejected Kevin James.
Holy crap I never even noticed that plot hole! And yeah the whole idea of just selling the family tv because "streaming is better" was just such a weird plot.
I'm not going to lie I'm really sick and tired of The Quagmire in Brian hated joke. It was never really that funny it just reminds me of how much Brian has changed for the worst overtime

This episode felt like it was an advertisement for streaming or that it was pushed by corporate

MY EYES ARE GETIN WEARY, MY BACK IS GETTIN TIGHT
Lol
I actually burst out laughing when it was literally the exact someone at the door template, they don't even care that they just reuse stuff now
I feel that, I did get an ironic laugh from it but i was just so bored with the episode once we got to that point I was like "Of course" lol

You know it really could be a cutaway gag lol. "This is worse than the time my dad arrested me"

Yeah but if you think about it the show has always ripped on streaming services so I guess they just kinda used peter as the vessel to voice it

Like South Park's stance on them, I kinda roll my eyes at the jabs at streaming.

I disagree. I think it gives Quagmire more range as a character than sex jokes.
@@icecreamhero2375 I don't know in my opinion I think quagmire is really boring now
underrated
Ty man, I wish UA-cam would recommend my videos again but they seem to get stuck between 500-1000 viewers 😅
Remember that epic lightsaber battle you had with ur brother a long time ago I was there lol
Where is the iceberg video
I was really weird episode. It had jokes, but without much laughter.
