King of Queens was an incredible show. No other series has given the same vibe. Regular people doing regular things and with Doug Heffernan as the heart of it. Loved the character and I hope Kevin brings it back at some point! RIP Jerry Stiller

Several bits I loved with Jerry. One was when Doug called the house to leave a message for Carrie and Arthur kept answering the phone. Another one was when they were talking about the dollar store. Arthur said it was the best bargains and Doug says, "except for the 99 cent stores". Then Arthur yells out, "They saw me coming from a mile away!" lol
Kevin's stand up is gold. Any time I even think about needing to go buy a card, his "picking out a greeting card" joke immediately pops in my head. Considering he barely makes a sound during the entire thing and doesn't even move that much, yet it's still one of the funniest things I have seen, tells you how talented he is.

The piano is what made that bit work but yes indeed, a classic bit. I think about it a lot during the holidays because of how many cards we have to write out to family and friends 😆

Kevin loved Montreal so much that he wrote into one of his King of Queens scripts that he was indeed born in Canada when his parents went on vacation and he was born prematurely. That was definitely a call out to the city that gave him his big break.
