    Hey Austin, quick question. I am going to quote a apartment property, surface only, 32,500 sq ft of surface. What you charge per sq ft? I was thinking $.20 per. I’m just starting out. By the way, no breeze ways just side walks and curbs. For the amount of side walks and curds connected to the sidewalks there are curbs running the same distance on the other side of the parking lot and parking stops in each parking spots that need to be done as well so a lot of wand work. Any thoughts would help. Hope this made sense.

      From what I've read federal regulations make it technically illegal to let your chems run down into the storm drain, but if you keep the water on the clients property you should be good. You can use some sandbags to block the drain and then a sump pump or bilge pump and a hose to redirect the water into a corner of the clients property

    What do you mean 1.25%? Sh? Then I heard you say 4.5 % for the brick. On your house washes. I’m wondering how I should be doing my mixes of Sh. If I get it from chemical store it’ll be 10 or 12.5. I won’t be doing soft washing yet. Just house washing and concrete. Could you please help me understand that.

    • @AustinDavis24
      @AustinDavis24  2 роки тому +1

      I will make a video soon explaining this. We all buy bleach at 12.5% SH. Then we use a downstream injector which has a pull rate of 10:1. So if we put the downstream tube into straight 12.5 % bleach that means will
      Be getting a 1.25% mic out the gun. Anything stronger then that will have to use a softwash system where we can batch mix our own strength mixes

    • @spacecoastbonsai1421
      @spacecoastbonsai1421 2 роки тому

      Okay I gotcha. I wonder what the pull rate out of my chemical injector would be. So is that because it is mixing 10-1 water as it’s pulling up the 12.5? Should I be using straight 12.5 on concrete or houses? I will definitely watch whatever videos you make on it because I am confused. I would be down streaming.

    • @spacecoastbonsai1421
      @spacecoastbonsai1421 2 роки тому

      And why can’t you use anything more than 1.25 out of a regular pressure washer. Why do you need the soft wash system? Through the soft wash system if I mixed a 3-1 ratio would I be getting about a 4% mix then?

    What spray gun do you use for the house wash?

    • @AustinDavis24
      @AustinDavis24  2 роки тому +1

      I use a regular pressure washing gun. I believe it’s a sutner ST-510. With a Jrod.

    Lovin the hustle man. Ive sent out a bunch of emails to realtors with very little responses. Not sure what to change in my email though.

    • @AustinDavis24
      @AustinDavis24  3 роки тому +2

      Not every single realtor is going to respond to you. The key is to have all of the emails in your database or CRM and send them information and specials monthly. Eventually when they have something that needs to be done they know exactly who they will reach out to
