Although not specific to Doctor Who unofficial merchandise, anything with the strange sound chips that play high pitched versions of pop songs.
I think the cars look awesome
Several I wish I had taken photos or videos of. Around 2006 we found some fake Doctor Who fireworks (made in China of course). There was a TARDIS fountain and some large aerial fireworks that produced blue and orange effects. Only found them that one year for New Years Eve celebrations, not July 4th.

The strangest Doctor Who bootleg toy set I've ever seen. I do believe that it was assembled from toys in their warehouse they couldn't get rid of, and put everything inside that kinda looked like something from the show. But that makes it even more surprising that they made an extra effort to actually create a David Tennant head for a Ken doll.
Rise of the Cybermen on the outside, Tomb of the Cybermen on the inside. Actual Cybermen involved... zero.

That set there missed a trick. Like a set of DVD's I watched someone do a video of featuring bootleg Doctor Who DVD's, the story on that disc read "Rise of the Gybermen". That would have been a great name for this set. :D
I like to think that the tennant figure is of David Tennant preparing for his role in ‘Litvinenko’
From planes to giant cell phones, this is probably an unbound, what-if Tenth Doctor that remained at UNIT.
The David tennant doll doesn’t even look like David tennant it looks more like mark from peep show 🤣
i remember there was also a fake 12” doll of him in pyjamas,yes it was awful and not screen accurate but at the time we didn’t have a official big chief studios version so everyone used to bid like mad on ebay for it i never won it 😂
