Oh man, you have so many awesome games you can play on PS3. You're already starting of great with Uncharted, Batman, God of War, and Jak. I would also recommend Dead Space, Heavy Rain, Mafia II, Little Big Planet, LA Noire, and Max Payne 3.

Heavy Rain is a must. That game is definitely hit or miss but it's such a weird unique game and sort of revived that adventure game style that Telltale and Life is Strange would go on to popularize.

Sly collection covers the PS2 games, the last installment to the series is Sly Cooper thieves in time. Hard to say if sucker punch will revisit the series.

If you like games like Trivial Pursuit and stuff you should check out the Buzz games. They were these weird little game show games playstation made that were pretty good. There's like 3-4 of them and they are pretty cheap.
