Do as you said: "fight for yourself". By doing that, you're not just fighting for respect but standing up for yourself, too, and other first-years with trainers themselves might follow suit. Don't back down, start a movement!🙌

Sadly, a lot of Japanese companies dont have a proper training system, and people in charge of new employees are also overloaded with work.
That doesn't justify that they will mistreated other employees. 😢 Honestly, Japan is an amazing country, but the working system needs to be improved.
I hope everything goes well for you❤

Thanks for sharing. Sadly I think the issue with a’lot of companies is that older personnel grow tired and stressed and they take it out on newer staff (hierarchy system) I would def say battle through and don’t let her “win” over you by forcing you to quit. I think as you gain more confidence you’ll continue to grow and she won’t be around you like that. 1 approach you can do is purposely asking her questions or advice while in front of others. See if she slips up and acts the same way compared to when y’all in private.

If you quit, she wins. Stay and confront her.

It's tough when people at your job make your work environment toxic. It sounds like you like your job but this person is making it difficult. As you said, you don't want to leave and would rather stand up for yourself. You seem like a strong person and I'm happy to hear that you have support from your colleagues. がんばて!! : )

That's too bad that she is making life tough for you at work, mii-chan. There always seems to be at least one person at work who is troublesome. Hopefully the other staff will be able to support you. I like the supportive comments people are leaving here. Yes, please keep us updated 😊 Hope you're feeling better soon.

I believe so too. I’m sorry that I’m not sure what you’re going through at work but I hope you’re still able to find some peace in life in general. Us being in a company is not the only way we live our life to the fullest I believe.

Hey, I just wanted to put this out there. I don't think this should be on a youtube video -*yet*. I say this because if this video were to get around to her, this may very truly backfire on you. All it takes is someone knowing you have a youtube channel, looking you up and showing your work mates just for fun, and then the person harrasing you finding out she's being bad mouthed (even if it's rightfully so). You don't know if this person is petty and revengful and incredibly intelligent at manipulation, they can pull the rug out from under you suddenly because they were working in the shadows, gathering their own manipulated evidence to get you out of work, or to damage your reputation.
I'm sorry I may have planted this not so positive seed in your mind, but I just wanted to put it out there so that you can keep yourself safe.
I love your videos, hope you're well.

@@nihwa6691 Thank you very much for speaking up. I am very grateful that you pointed out the possible consequence of this video that I hadn’t considered so much. I really appreciate your valuable comment from a different angle on this. Since I take it your comment as a very valuable advice, don’t ever be sorry for speaking up! 🙂
