    regarding the frog oocyte example, I thought for sexual reproduction 2 haploid cells are need. How was a tad pole made with the diploid DNA content of a skin cell? surely the egg can't be fertilised. Otherwise I love the video.

    Transcription factors are vital for many important cellular processes including basal transcription regulation, differential transcription enhancement, intercellular signal response, cell cycle control, and disease development.
