It's certainly one of the most quiet 4-stroke motors out there. My neighbour once said that it must be the quietest motor on the lake. Cannot really hear it until it's close so won't be causing disturbance for neighbours. I'm very happy with my choise.
I'm not entirely sure what do you mean, but at that time stamp I was decelerating since I was about to go to the shore and starting to prepare trailering of the boat at the end of the season.

+cedo f Hi! The boat weights 259kg and I'm using 11 3/8 X 12-G propeller on it. Top speed is around 22 knots or more depending on waves and wind.
I have same engine and boat weight is 280kg,main is around 22 knots too,but it spin only 5000rpms same propeller as yours
