Turn the internal hotspot off, but only after you have the external router working. What audio is stopping playing? The audio from the player, or all audio? What do you have connected to the USB ports? A pendrive?
@@pilot140467 yea I changed the IP address on the router & mixer so it's not the same & turned off hotspot & wifi just using the router connection is working but today I was getting signal to the mixer but nothing was coming out the speakers 🙈
@@DjPositiveP You didn't answer my question about which audio is not playing. USB stick? All audio? I also understand that you are able to control the mixer, so the wifi connection is working?
@@DjPositiveP all audio cutting off but the mixer can still be controlled is not good and makes me believe that it has nothing to do with the router. Do you have anything plugged on the USB ports?
What do you mean?? I Don't quite understand your question. After turning the internal hotspot OFF, we never had a problem again, as far as I remember..
@@SkyLukewater Yes, we still have the mixer, no more problems. Same with my own Ui12. Have it for over 4 years. No more problems. Get an external router and turn the internal hotspot off. There were some (very few) reports that even with this configuration, some mixer still crashed. But very very few.
You will have to enter the settings, and then network configuration. Please read the manual, the process is explained there. But turn the internal hotspot off only after you configured an external router, and after you made sure it is working as it should.
So turn off the (hotspot or the wifi or both)? I had all on (hotspot, wifi & LAN) and it keep losing connection & dropping the audio
