- Today we're talking about Rose #13 from the book of 32 studies. It's a challenge for so many reasons: 1) it's slow, but with lots of rhythmic challenges, 2) it's soft, requiring lots of control, 3) it's got some challenging articulation types, 4) it requires you play fast, but delicately. ...To name a few.
5:47: Musical Footballs. Don't do 'em.
9:25: Tip for playing softly up in the upper clarion and altissimo
