Do u always use Swiss meringue for your buttercream ?
I do, its much more tasty.

It looks more like meringue, almost marshmallowy? You can see when she pulls the leaf, the end peaks just like when she was piping them meringue kisses. Hope that helps.
Whip it more, if american, whip the sugar and butter more. If others, just whip everything more.
