He man I have this silencer on my mz65 and it worked great for me made my bike quieter but now for some reason it’s really loud like the muffler don’t work anymore but I know these don’t use exhaust packing so what could be wrong ?
Your motorized bike looks & sounds amazing! I appreciate 2-stroke riders that really lower the db level. From 120 down to 74! That an order of magnitude quieter! Thanks for your channel & sharing knowledge. Question: what do you think of mo-bike engines with primary belt drive (I think it's called 7G or 4G, what's that?), instead of gear drive? Do you operate one on a bike? Thanks! Paul from S. Central Tx..
Sorta lol. It's a huffy cranbrook from 40 years ago when they where made in usa. 1/8 walled tube steel lol all thing is like trying to ride a cinder block around on pedals. But yeah they don't make new ones able to use mtb or bmx forks. I have seen people knock the top bearing cup out. Cut 1/2 off with hack saw install bearing cup to use mtb forks though
Nice video. Im ordering same exhaust and muffler so this helped me.
I really enjoy watching your videos my friend! Keep up the great work!👍
Sorry behind on comments! Thank you I appreciate the compliment 😜👍
Seems quieter than stock and waaay quieter than an open pipe. Recommend?
Oh yeah with it on 64db with it off 108db!
On my P85 it makes it sound like a stock 50cc but pulls with the full power of the 85cc
Excellent muffler huge difference in noise level put it on my bike today actually went faster but the motors still breaking in …
Glad it helped 😉👍
10:10 You just had to leave the crack in there, huh? 😂
Lolz
I have a moon tail pipe that cut in half its loud but adds power
As long as it wakes my grouchy neighbors up at 4am it works 🤣👍
I got a question do you know how to port a engine? I seen a guy with a small 40 or 50cc engine blowing past me like I wasn't moving

Oil in glass packing now after use. Buy a new one. Some of those Chinese ones have asbestos in them. Very dangerous to breath and touch.
Hay .. good video... Where can I get a pair of wheel cover like yours. I can't find them anywhere,
Thanks..
Do you mean spoke covers? Amazon ebay! Type on spoke covers search!
Whats the name of the little metal pipe to connect the muffler to the Expansion chamber?
@@Potato37184 that is called a silencer. Universal metal 22MM Motorcycle Racing Silencer 2 Stroke Motorcycle Exhaust Pipe Muffler (Red) a.co/d/gcRe1y9
@@BuildBreakFix yeah i know, but i mean this little silver adapter to make the silencer fit on that pipe
@Potato37184 just metal pipe found at home Depot
What mufler type is that? I just got an mz65 and trying to lower the dzls
Yes it will work with mz65 pipe. 22mm fittings come on those moped silencers! Without it I hit 120db. With it on 74bd really effective no power lose

@@PaulThomas-qo9vy Belt drives work nice but it is hard to get the right gear ratio with them IMHO.
Is that a huffy cranbrook? If so, how did you get one with a front suspension? thanks
