Hi! The song in the tittle screen never hear in MSX but is present inside the rom? True? How make? What is the reason because not hear this track in the original version? Best wishes
HI~ The original ROM for MSX included the title's music, but it appears to have been unused. This track was used in the prologue in the MasterSystem version, but the prologue was deleted in the MSX version, so it seems the music was not used.
I love both MSX and SEGA. However, I am a SEGA fan first. So, to me the Master System with FM sounds the best but, the Enhanced MSX Audio is also Awesome! Great Job!
Great idea to work on this Beautiful game. As already written, i think meanwhile you have to improve the enemy sprites. MSX2 can do it. It s maybe impossible to implement scrolling (too much thing to change in the code) but the sprites are possible . Thank youuu
You had my same idea. Meanwhile the sprites can be improved. The msx2 can manage it . The top would be to implement scrolling, but ok this requires to redraw the stages
Please forgive me. Surprisingly, there were many requests to make an OPLL version of this game. Last time, when the SFG version of FANTASY ZONE was released, there were many requests to port the OPLL version of the Sega Master System for the second part (OPAOPA). I think it was because there weren't many people who had SFG. So this time, it was for FM-PAC users, who have many users, so please understand.
The Sega Master System was a specific system for games, it's normal that it's better...even so, I think they didn't put much effort into the MSX2 version, those monochrome sprites may be acceptable on an MSX1, but not on an MSX2.
Too far away from original Taito Arcade. I remember when i see and play this arcade in Time Out of my area (R.I.P) i traver one and half hour just to play this game.

Fantastic OPLL+PSG sound. Better than arcade IMO.
Great work!
Please, add multicolor enemy sprites

It's literally the same soundchip, though.
Great, thanks for sharing ❤🎉

Someone really needs to make an MSX2+ patch for this game
Great work!
And the enemy sprites?

Great!
Wow!
That is very interesting. I wonder in what format you would import/store the music. Would it be VGM or is conversion needed?
I used the VGM used in SMS. Please check here.

Nice work, but to be honest I'd prefer a YM2151 version ❤
Please forgive me.

@@toughkidcst No problem. Honestly, I usually just play the SMS version on MSX by Playsoniq anyway. :)
There are assets in the rom that aren’t used at all which would have made it a better game overall .. the end demo was totally scrapped
Greetings, looks too nice to be MSX. Looked for info, found the game manual and it states MSX2.
You right. I have a habit of displaying MSX1 and MSX2 without distinguishing between them. Sorry.
❤❤❤🎉
I'm not used to hearing the FM version. I like the non-FM music better.
Will you add support for the Konami SCC too?
I have no plans to support SCC. Sorry.
Both version are good but the sms one is a bit much better than msx

Can you make improvements to the music drive so the music doesn't cut/slow down during screen transitions?
Improved slowing by more than 50%.
Please check it out. ua-cam.com/video/x4jITIACsTI/v-deo.html
