love your videos. never miss one, i machined a hw. 45 177 barrel. and fitted it in my negant, brilliant acurasy. i did the same to my schofield amazing diference. 😁😁😁
yup great review, being an engineer i always appreciate the crispness of an action and this is a great example ,worthy of a collection;the length of the rifled portion being 50% or less has to be a commercial decision that over rides efficiency sadly! one has to compensate for this short coming by making it a 6 to 10 metre plinker; as said the schofield is a great pistol thats at the top of the pile with an interesting history for the anoraks amongst us.
I just got the black version. My barrel has a tiny movement. I took it off and it seems there was some kind of glue when they put the barrel into the gun that came apart. There is a spring inside and I pulled it out more to make more tension on the part that touches each chamber on the cylinder. I heard someone say that it might be a Luther Walther Barrel which if it is I can understand why it's only half this way they get two for one. It doesn't bother me if it's not highly accurate it's a fun gun extremely comfortable. As long as I can hit something the size of a golf ball at 25 ft I'm okay. Your silver version is a real Beauty I wish they had some still in stock here in Canada but everything sold out. We have new laws coming up and we won't be able to buy or sell Pistols that look like real guns soon.
I just paid £209 and £30 delivery, waiting on the delivery as the rfd gathers a few customers in one area to make it worthwhile them delivering, it was £20 until 2 weeks ago. I could have had it rfd to my local gunstore but that would have been £35 at each end so £70 l could have got it faster but for £40 saving I'm willing to wait a couple of weeks.
There's an issue with my firearm, over the duration of 2 years my NGT revolver has leaked C02, and lost complete movement of the hammer lingering back, do you have any suggestions?
Take it to a gunstore / sporting goods shop who have a gunsmith, they will replace the seal and sort out the hammer likely the spring arm l have heard the hammers are prone to doing that after awhile were doing it years n years ago l thought they might have sorted it by now. Big Tip, NEVER use pelgun oil on your co2 bulbs nipple, it contains petroleum and that dries out the seal in no time so it cracks and leaks.
He's talking about the gun 😂 Yeah l know you meant his voice, its just an accent thing, l can understand him quite clearly but l can see where some might have difficulty
Rifled barrel: it's probably to reduce costs where most people won't see it. Umarex seem to have a thing for doing that. ☹️ But nice looking gun though; I might get one.

Love my Gletcher Nagant, surprisingly accurate for BB, and a nicely made revolver.
Nice review and a good looking gun.
