UX SPA 60 BREAK BARREL PISTOL UNBOXING REVIEW 03/09/2024
My first thoughts on the new Umarex UX SPA 60 break barrel spring pistol. Not bad at all for a cheap break barrel, with only the trigger stopping it from being more accurate. See how this develops after a few hundred pellets.

UMAREX GLOCK 17 GEN 5 (21 PELLET) 15 METRE TARGET 26/08/2024

Out with my Glock 17 Gen 5 (21 pellet belt) at 15 Metres, freestanding. 7 out of 10 in the head target and 9 out of 11 inside the 9 of the body isn't too bad, if only I could keep her completely still. In my opinion the RWS Superfield is one of the best quality pellets available and at a reasonable price too. The Co2 capsule did drop off very early which didn't help, but still after 2000 pellet...

Short review on some .43 Cal. Aluminium balls for use in Paintball Airguns. Took 8 balls and continually shot them through to see how they performed at 10 yards, at a target and some soup cans, all free-standing, 6 times, 48 shots. Weighing 28.11 grain (17 grains more than the Rubber balls) the accuracy was pretty good free-standing at 10 yards and even with some damage, the balls performed ver...

Short review on an affordable pistol holster. Works well with the majority of pistols and revolvers. The short strap seems good for the pistols, with the longer strap holding the revolvers in place over the Hammer (not the trigger, that's one take videos for you😂).
QIUFENG MUZZLE CHRONOGRAPH CALIBRATION 26/07/2024

Update on my new Qiufeng Muzzle Chronograph, with .25 Cal. pellet test and calibration adjustment results. This Muzzle Chronograph set to 103% calibration seems pretty close (within 2 FPS) of my FX Radar and LMBR Chronographs, but you can fine tune it further in 0.1% increments, which I may have a play with using this same .25 Cal. BSA Ultra.

Qiufeng chronograph (unbranded AirForce One) unboxing review bought from AliExpress. Seems to work well out of the box, though I did have to modify the 50mm 1/2 inch UNF to 1/2 inch UNF extender (from Best Fittings, Part No. 10B3-AL09) to fit the shorter thread inside this Chronograph. Orcair App works pretty good and pairs up well. Only tested with my Crosman 2240 so far, so will now be testin...

Outdoor shooting review of my wife's new Smith & Wesson M&P R8 BB Revolver. Accuracy was not too bad with the smooth bore 4" barrel, using the standard Umarex Steel BB's. Taking into account my shooting skills today😂, I know this revolver is way more accurate than me. Still pretty decent at 10 Yards and capable of tin can plinking out to 15 metres.

Outdoor review of my new Chiappa Rhino 60DS Co2 Revolver. Pellets used were the 8.4 Grain RWS Superfield with the 4.52mm head size. All shooting was double action and free standing. Paper targets at 10 Yards and 12.5 Metres, followed by Soup cans at 15,20 and 25 Metres. Keep her on target and this revolver is excellent, both in accuracy and build quality. Recommended.

UMAREX GLOCK 17 (21 SHOT BELT) OUTDOOR REVIEW 12/02/2024
Looks great but why on earth didn't they rifle the whole bsrrel? I was going to buy it but not now. Unless the reviewer is a poor shot, then the gun lacks accuracy. Good review.
Tighter groups or worst? Thanks for replying
Hi' waiting to see your shooting review on this pistol' keep up the good work 👍
Did you ever find the other hook at the front for the strap? Comes with the one at the back but can’t find anywhere to hook it
@@NizMuL No I didn’t.
@@reevessairgunningreviews5572 I think I have, there’s a little hook on the cocking mechanism
@@NizMuL Cheers. I’ll check that out.👍
How did you manage to do it? I have put a red dot on mine and the sights are in the way and for the life of me I can’t zero it!
@@NizMuL You may need a Red dot with a taller mount
does adding a silencer add more accuracy? sorry I'm new to air pistols and rifles.
@@Retromikefin No, but adding silencers can affect the impact point of the pellet.
Cheers!
Cheers Reeves, we're still hanging on in there, I was 65 when I subscribed 71 now, I still watch some of the earlier vids; especially the BSA's; I live just 7 miles from their factory. It's allways good to see you and I allways hit the like because I liked the content, keep it up old pal, look forward to the next one, over and out 🍻
Strong enough to get rid of vermin in comparison to other 22s you think?
@@LondonCasual90 This .22 Cal. Is doing 9 Ft/Lb using H&N 15 pellets weighing 15.89 Grains. I would say out to 15 Yards with a decent sighting aid fitted.
Cheapist way to shoot is a Daisy Ryder with steel BB. That is a fun cheap plinker due to the underlever reloading and vast reservoir of BB in the low barrel. I've tried low end cheap break barrel pellet pistols. They are kind of dull and slow for plinking. I did have Crosman PSM 45, but it kept jamming all the time after 200 shots. If reliable that could of been a fun fast cheap shooting manual cocking plinker. I miss my old Marksman repeater pistols they was fun back in the day. The DX17 looks like a very cheap knock off of the Marksman.
Had the same issue with the PSM45 but then dropped in some Pellgun oil to the mechanism via the mag slot and it has worked flawlessly ever since
@@RB-cw8xk I exchanged it for a break barrel pistol which I sold on later. Hard to go back to single shot with repeaters. Might give it another go if its that simple a fix.
How many pistols you got now? I reckon you need an extension on yer house soon, to keep em in
@@markhomer5704 Not sure mate, haven’t counted them for a few years. Just keep getting bigger cases to store them.😂👍
Hello and thanks for this video. I own one in 6mms, and 6inc. barrel. Yesterday the valve did not hold the Co2, when I was preparing it for shooting. So far it was a very good replica for 6 years, with no problems. And it is very realistic. Please can you tell me who has the valve for this replica??
Do you remove your Co2 after use? Have you checked the Co2 seal as with it age it could be that? You can get the seal here in the UK. here is the link.spares.bagnallandkirkwood.co.uk/product/green-co2-seal-for-webley-mk6/
@@reevessairgunningreviews5572 Hello and thank you for your awser! The gun was absolNutely empty for almost half an year or more. I never store the replicas with gas or BBs. Now, as soon as I start to tight the canister, it leaks all over in seconds. Thanks for the link to the part. Greetings from Portugal
Please help Clockwise is increasing the reg pressure or ccw ?
I oiled my belt. Big difference. It’s a slow process to load. But it shoots great. I have not oiled trigger.
@@jamescurti9804 I grease my triggers with Molybdenum grease, just a thin smear.
Any jams with the belt advancing? Is the cycling and operation smooth? I've been interested in that style of magazine but have been hesitant on getting airgun with it. Nice video!
@@CO2Ohiofun It you use a good quality pellet, pre-seat the pellets into the belt so the pellet is completely inside the belt you won’t have any jams. As with all Co2 pistols don’t let the Co2 get too low, these 21 belt magazines will generally give you 3 belts, that’s 63 shots. Once the blowback stops it’s really time to change that Co2. From new the belt rotation can be stiff but the more you shoot the smoother and easier it gets. Don’t forget to lightly lubricant the belt, I use a drop of silicone oil. All explained in this video.
@@reevessairgunningreviews5572 A good quality pellet means everything! Thanks!
What scope and rail please

@@surtaajsingh49 internal blowback, but no visible ejection port.
How do you find the trigger?. A couple of reviews I've seen say it's quite heavy and seeing as you've used it a fair bit, does it lighten up at all ?
@@BoggWeasel Yes definitely. As the belt beds in from new plus the lubricant it improves quite a bit.
@@reevessairgunningreviews5572 Thanks for the reply. Been on the fence for Gen 5, I'll keep it on my list.
@BoggWeasel Hi I've got myself Glock 17 gen 5 and what I found is the trigger pull is quite heavy when new. But before I even used it I loaded up and sat and watched TV and just rotated it for about 20 minutes and it's a lot better and also with a drop of silicon oil ,hope that helps you because it's a nice pistol
Can't understand why people believe in theoretical myth of leading the barrel in, it's nonsense. The best thing to do is to test as many pellet brands and weights as you can afford to try and find the best suited pellet for the barrel. I have tested as many as 100 different brands and weights of pellets and you can see a significant different where some pellets will relentlessly have wide spread groups and other will have consistent tighter groups. No leading of the barrel needed.
Thinking about a CPS to fit a silencer adaptor that I bought one for my Nighthawk (it doesnt sit flush). Ive put a GripPuppy on the Nighthawk's Volumator to make it quiet (not a silencer...it makes it louder) and hope the adaptor will fit flush on the CPS...Youve convinced me I dont need to pay the extra for odd single action. Any thoughts? 🔫👍😸

@@PaulPrice-l9p Picked this up for my wife from Solware near Tamworth. Worth giving them a ring to check for stock.
Tried solware, they think it has been discontinued, perhaps you should let manufacturers know about your modification which would give them a pellet firer and they could even rifle the barrel.
I gave you a 👎because you did not wear a protective eye wear. Safety is very important and kids are watching.
@@joelfernandez2333 My video are not for children, and if you have children then you would be responsible to make sure they have eye protection. As an adult I can make my own judgment if I think there is a risk of a ricochet. When I shoot with Iron Sights I do wear glasses which as toughened.

I have this pistol and the original. The Mk2 has a hole for trigger adjustment. My finger catches on this hole each time I fire and it was bleeding within the first five shots. I never had this problem with the original version. My solution was to wrap three layers of electrical tape in the trigger guard to completely cover the hole. Problem solved. Target/ projectile stop wise, I use a cardboard box stuffed full of plastic shopping bags(which have been banned in many places because they are bad for the environment. ) Anyhow, I can pretty much reuse any ammo I shoot at it. It really is a ammo saver for my Glock17 Gen 5 . T4E and HDR68 T4E, both from Umarex. A softer ammo stop would definitely keep those aluminum balls from denting . Depending on the thickness, it can even stop pellets from my stronger springer rifles. Nice Walther, by the way. I've been wanting one for my .43 Cal collection.
I've kept the lighter mag spring even for the rubber balls (my main ammo for my PPQ T4E). The lighter spring works very well with the rubber balls, and puts less pressure on the triggerpull than the heavier spring would when that inner barrel moves backwards into the magazine top and presses the ammo and follower slightly downwards.
I'm loving that gun, & I really like the fact that it has a stainless barrel
Try a cardboard box stuffed with old T shirts or similar as a catcher maybe ? No more dings on your balls.
