Zendaya really showed the emotion. She's far stronger than all the other depictions of Chani. A true warrior.
He’s not lying. He does.
Wonderful video, happy to see one about Chani !
Your vids are the best❤
Excellent music choice
Zendaya did such a great job! Loved her in this role!
Don’t like, better book’s chani
@@renatogomes4814 i love book's chani but movie's Chani works better for the plot and themes of Dune tbh
Film chani is much more interesting @@renatogomes4814
Said no-one ever.
Hey, does everyone who watched this movie remember how she told Paul, "The world has made choices for us." and "I will never leave you." then got mad when he went South and left him to fly away in an ornithopter at the end of the movie? Real consistent character, way better than the books.
Your previous video of Lisan al Gaib was fantastic ...
And this too ...
You used right emotions at right time..
Good editing ...
Thanks mate 🙏
Good job!
Such a great video! I can't wait to see what else you have in store now that the movie is available
Thank you!
Such a wonderful character.
I miss the elf face of Sean Young
He is not a prophet. He is just an architect of Golden Path for his son. As his sister Alia said: He is clearly not prepared what is come.
This video really showed the tragedy of her character. Great work man.
Her character isnt tragic, its empowering… her people , her beliefs and willingness to put her life on the line to fight for her beliefs. Wonderful character.
i dont quite understand dune yet ( havent read the books ) so is paul a villain now? does he use the fremen for his own purposes?
That's the whole point. He is neither hero, neither villain, just a tragic character.
@@emilkhusainov8089 i agree
I do recommend you to read books though. First 3 at least. They are much more deep than movie
@@emilkhusainov8089 i wish i was a bookworm which iam not unfortunately, didnt even read harry potter or lodr but i would love to. maybe i practise it more often i know people that are able to read the whole day and getting happy from it :D
All I can say is he is a complex character. He uses the Freemen for the benefit of his house as he needs them to gain absolute power. But at the same time, he did care for them deeply and tried his best to fulfill his end of the prophecy, which is a Green paradise for them.
how do you find these music? i want to know because I'm the editor for our film trailer of our class
I honestly just search on yt till I find one i like
Zendaya as Chani, a beautifful, a woman in love and a strong character .😮
How do you separate only the voice from the clip of the film ?
Vocal remover
@@F4STR. Okay thanks !
Seriously the people criticizing chani, calling her an activist or an empowered woman understand absolutely nothing about her character how is it possible to be this close minded and understand nothing about character writing.
Because the character is not like this at all in the books
@@LordStanleythe1st in the book the character is bad. No agency, completely devoted without brain, reduced at a child bearer in Messiah. In the films it's all the contrary, it bring all the emotion, the moral dilemma that Herbert wanted the spectator to see, the questioning about the figure of Paul, the complexity needed in their relation. All the things that were lacking.
And the few people criticizing are just crying because it's a woman who isn't just devoted to Paul. Because she is fighting for her convictions. She isn't an activist or just an empowered woman. And with that she is well written, we see her fighting between her heart and her head, her love and her belief. We see her weakness. But the one who criticize just stopped at "she is a woman fighting" (when all fremen are fighters) without thinking further than that
@@aegnor2102 disagree. Chani is my favourite character in the books, she is a very strong character and a very good fighter and strategist, she's a sayadina and would have been reverend mother if Jessica didn't take the role. Paul goes to her for advice often and she is his anchor to keeping his humanity. She's also daughter of liet kynes and niece to stilgar but none of this is in the films. Dune Messiah takes care of the bad fallout from the jihad and they're going to make that part 3 in the films so it wasn't necessary to try to spoon feed the audience on how they're supposed to feel. I do think this change could have worked if it was done differently though. She could express concern and Paul could confide in her like in the books but in the film they just seem to butt heads and she comes across as a teenager who didn't get her way. No chemistry.
If Frank Herbert wanted Chani to be different he would have written her different 🤷
nheh butthurt maniacs
chani was changed for a reason.director said why in an interview, but you should figure it out alone.dont be closemindet
chani was devoted to paul And still a strong character there was no reason to change that except for virtue points
Shut up
Chani the activist...
Empowered women 😞
wdym she right , timothee is the fake mssiah
@@renatogomes4814if you just reduce her as the empowered women you don't understand her character at all. It's ridiculous
Chani the activist ?! If you think she is just that you understand nothing, she is well written
@@aegnor2102 Dont bother, some clowns are completly illiterate re media. They see a compelling female character in service of the greater story (re. Pauls choice and his path) and its too much for their tiny brains. aCTivISt, lol.
Disappointing and predictable. They turned Chani into a skeptical and faithless woman.
What a silly conclusion about Chani’s character
we watch the same movie?
have you read the book? he’s a false messiah.. THATS THE WHOLE POINT
