Great video, thanks. Wanted to make sure I didn't slice anything when I took a razor blade to the back of the phone to open it up and this helped me know I'd be fine. Not sure why people are saying its complicated, just run anything thin and sharp across the back edge, making sure to get all the adhesive otherwise you risk breaking the glass back if you try and pull it off. All the equipment is obviously not necessary, but if you have it it makes the process a lot easier and safer.
